These binoculars are fantastic and a wonderful value. I just took these on a hunting trip out in western North Dakota where there’s a lot of viewing down into valleys and up into the hills. These offer great focus and good distance control and helped a ton spotting mule deer in some wild terrain. I was very, very impressed. First pair of "high quality" binocular and wow, I'm impressed! I know these aren't great, but I graduated from a cheap $15 Amazon pair to this set - because I had the need to see out to 100 yards at the shooting range for target placement. This little rubberized set is great! I do wish the strap was a bit higher quality (as with the case) but it's nice both were included. Pro tip: Install the binoculars into the case SIDEWAYS that is, the same way you hold it (lenses facing to the sides) and it will fit much better in the provided case. The glass on this unit is actually really great, and you can tell that right away on a nice sunny day. The zoom range is really good (though static) and the auto focus works well. The lens caps could have been a bit higher quality but it seems like they put all the effort into the unit itself rather than the accessories, which I can appreciate. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and I will end up using it for a lot more than just shooting. ... show more
