The pool wasn't as good as what we were hoping for! We cleared everything from the ground and leveled it up but once we started putting water in it and it got higher, the pool went to and oval shape and then collapsed a few hours later. Also, we couldn't hook up the pump because the 3 pieces that go inside before hooking the tubes to the pump were too big to fit. This was a total nightmare and I don't recommend this product!! Tried twice and both times on the first fill up the pool never fully got set up because their were leaks. In the first attempt there was a leak in the seams. The company sent me a second one but this one had a few holes in it.

    • Bad filter placement
The filter access hose is at the very top of the pool so unless your plac e t is 100% level the filter system won’t work.

    • Pool fine, but parts were missing
Bought it this summer and set it up in June. It was missing the plug parts to stop water flow into the pump to check and change filters. That's okay because the pump died last week after only 2 months -ish of use. Pool itself is fine, no leaks, but essential parts are missing or don't hold up. There's no number or weblink listed for help or replacements. Just a snail mail address. Why bother? ... show more

Had the ground ready, barrier down, unpacked and set up - dang thing has a leak in the top (supportive) ring, right out of the box. We've patched it twice with the provided patches, and they don't hold. Do not buy this junk.
