Absolutely love this couch. It’s perfect for a first couch in an apartment or something for 2-3 people. Bouncy but firm at the same time and super comfortable. Cup holders are nice and come out for cleaning. Fluffed up really quick but after 4 days it’s even better. It’s low but I personally don’t mind that, if anything I prefer it and the back support on the couch itself is close to none however the pillows provided are firm and tall so it doesn’t matter much. ... show more

This seller is extremely difficult to work with and provides false contact information on you return slip. In addition you have to pay for shipping it back, if you haven't opened it then that's easy to do. If you have opened it good luck. I tried working with Amazon and the Seller, unsuccessful. I have formally reported this seller to the Federal Trade Commission. The true dimensions from arm rest to arm rest is about 138 inches, however the advertise and labeled it as 125" which is head rest to head rest, so there for A-Z guarantee is null.
