It cools fast
It cools and heats my room quickly while staying extremely quiet. The 20 SEER2 inverter technology helps keep energy costs low, which is the most important part for saving money. The temperature remains consistent without constant cycling. The WiFi app and remote control are both easy to use, making it convenient to adjust settings from anywhere. Installation was straightforward, and the unit looks modern and sleek on the wall.

Best purchase
I was scared to buy this mini split at first because it didn’t have much reviews, but we compared to other ones and it was the most affordable one for our budget, so we took a chance. I AM SO GLAD we did loll. We have it installed our 40ft trailer and it’s sooo quiet compared to our previous AC. It takes about 10 minutes for it to get cold and then it’s perfect. So far the highest weather we’ve gotten is 104* but inside has that nice hotel crisp ac feeling. Will update once weather gets worse next week :)

Don't sweat it.
Great purchase, really impressed with the ease of installation, purchased vacuum pump to make it a true diy. Really cold air so far and the Temps are in the 90's. Just follow directions and you can be up and running in a few hours.

Quiet, Efficient, and Easy to Install
Great mini-split for the price. It cools quickly, runs quietly, and the Wi-Fi app is convenient. Installation was straightforward, and the unit is energy efficient. Very satisfied with the performance so far.

nice minisplit with installation template
Packages were received without any damage with lots of packing materials inside the boxes. Indoor evaporator coil is good as you can hear the pressurized air from factory hissing out after loosing the blue cap (always verify this before installation). I love the indoor unit has installation template. It will make the mounting a lot easier and more accurate. Overall, the unit's workmanship looks solid and I like the white color. So far everything looks good and without any issue. Will update the review if there is any issue encountered after the installation.

No plug, you will have to rewire it
4 stars because I was unaware it had no plug, had to REWIRE it to a cut off extension cord and that was frustrating. But night 1, works great so far

Nice upgrade
We replaced an old AC with this mini split, and it has been a nice improvement. The room cools more evenly now, and it is much quieter than the unit we had before. I also like that it doesn’t block the window anymore. It did require professional installation, but after it was installed, it has worked well for the room.
