I couldn't be happier with this mini split system! We had it professionally installed, and it has made a huge difference in keeping our space comfortable year-round. The 12,000 BTU capacity is more than enough for our room, cooling it down quickly on hot days and warming it up just as fast when temperatures drop. One of my favorite features is the WiFi connectivity. Being able to adjust the temperature from my phone or with Alexa is incredibly convenient, especially when I want the room comfortable before I get home. The included remote is also easy to use and has a bright display that's simple to read. The unit runs surprisingly quietly—even at night, it's barely noticeable. Buy something different

Bought unit. I didnt install right away. I went over my 30 day return. Came on and worked 1 night. Then threw a l 3 code. Company sent a new board. Didn't fix problem. Now waiting for next idea. So far i have $140.00 paying a hvac man. Should have got a better one

Now that the weather is finally heating up, I'm so glad I installed it. The unit is surprisingly quiet, but don't let that fool you—it cools incredibly well. Good and quiet

I bought this air conditioner couple months ago and I just installed this week and used it. I only want to say “wow” ! It’s easy to install and the noise level is very low. It makes my room cooling down 5min. Value for money and I really recommend for everyone who needs AC in the summer time.
