From order, to delivery and even them intercepting a package that was damaged and getting a new one out the next week customer service was amazing! I sent a message to the seller at 6 pm and within an hour I had a response back. When checking my tracking numbers the noticed one package was on its way back to them and sent a new one out immediately. The value for what was received is amazing. I was blown away by the quality and the fire table is beautiful. The cushions are comfortable, dust off easily, and dry quickly. My only gripe is I didn’t order a second small table. Directions for most of it was easy other than the screws not being labeled by letter for the furniture but this was easy to navigate regardless. I highly recommend for good value and price. Well worth it!

This is an excellent set for the price. We had some slight damage on a piece and customer service answered very quickly and also instantly sent out a replacement part. Other than that is very sturdy, soft, and was pretty easy to put together. I will definitely save this seller as a favorite.

What a lovely patio set! We ordered this for our screened back porch, and can't believe the value for the price. It took me a few hours to assemble everything, and in the end I couldn't fit everything into my available space. But it's sturdy, and lovely, and the fire pit is fun. Would definitely order again!

Really nice set and quality for the money. You do need to assemble it and that takes a bit of time but I was able to assemble it myself in about 6 hours all in. The cushions have nice features with Velcro strips on seat and nice ties for the back cushions. Looks much more expensive than what I paid so really great value for the money. Seller is very responsive to any issues and I was missing some bolts for the fire table and they shipped the missing parts. Overall great set and great quality for price

I put this together all by myself in 2 hours. I used a power tool to screw in the bolts, you just have to be careful not to over-tighten. Only a handful of areas I couldn’t fit the tool, so I had to use the tedious Alan key. I wish the pieces screwed into one another. There are clips provided to hold them together, but the individual pieces still shift forward or backwards when someone sits down hard. It’s easy to fix and shift it back into place, but annoying. The color is great, very high quality look, surprisingly, at this price point. Cushions are also relatively substantial, they aren’t paper thin like others I’ve seen or sat on. There’s Velcro which keeps the bottom cushions from sliding, which is great. Overall I’m very pleased. The firepit table started right up, too. I didn’t have any trouble aligning holes during installation like others had mentioned. Came with a weatherproof cover for the fire table, too.

I am extremely happy with this patio furniture set! The pieces are sturdy, comfortable, and look much more expensive than they are. Assembly was time consuming but straightforward, and all parts arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The cushions are thick and comfortable (once unpackaged they need a few hours to puff up) and the neutral color blends beautifully with my outdoor décor. It has completely transformed my patio into a relaxing space for entertaining guests, enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a glass (or a few) of wine in the evening. The sectional design is versatile, allowing different layout options to fit your space. After several weeks of use, everything has held up very well and remains comfortable and attractive. I did not use the clips to hold the individual Pieces together as I like to move things around. If you’re looking for an affordable, stylish, and comfortable outdoor furniture set, I highly recommend this one!
