This is a great pizza oven. I’ve only used the gas setup and it’s great. Would love it if the turner allowed for a 360 turn or a 180 at least but other than that this is a great oven for the price.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I can never get the bottom of the crust to be crispy. Other than that, i do love this oven, I have even made lobster and steak in it!

It’s not good, you are going to be able to make only one pizza at 700 f , after that it’s very difficult to rise the temp to 700 again. Trust me i love pizza and I give up with this oven.

PolarcoForgeco Multi-Fuel Outdoor Pizza Oven is easy to assemble. It comes with two fuel options, gas or pellet fire. The pellet option was what I tried first and it took some time to dial it in. Once I got a good set of coals going It was fairly easy to get it up to temperature. The gas option is great and takes little effort to get it going. The pizza from the pellet fire came out fantastic. The gas option also came out well but lacked that light smokiness I prefer. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

We love pizza in our house and this oven gets it done. The pizzas taste great and they cook relatively quickly - just follow the instructions. While it is heavy, it is not overly large and can be moved around if needed. My only wish for it is that I could make bigger pizzas, but I knew the size when ordering it. Sometimes the temperature can be uneven but I did not find that to be a consistent issue. In conclusion, this oven is a fun, less expensive option for smaller pies with a few little quirks here and there. Recommend!
