This tiller is monstrous!!! I love it. I have raised garden beds and was looking to get something to till the soil. It is so worth the money!!! It is battery powered. It is powerful. It tills the soil to the max. It’s not heavy. You can use it to till anything! I had land uneven in my backyard, and I tilled the soil, and it helped flatten the ground. It was easy to assemble. I am thrilled with this little tiller/cultivator. I really didn't expect much from a battery operated machine so was really surprised at the power. This lightweight tiller is a beast! I used it on previously tilled ground and it turned the dirt to powder. Then I used it on unbroken ground and it worked great. I had to go over the new ground a few times but wow, it impressed. I have never had a small tiller before so have nothing to compare to but I would recommend this little powerhouse to anyone. The fact that it comes with two batteries is a super bonus. The batteries last 20-30 minutes each, depending on how hard you work the tiller but the batteries charge quickly. I'm 66 years old so after an hour of tilling, I am ready to rest for a bit. One battery is fully charged when I'm ready to work again. The tiller was super easy to put together though the instructions leave something to be desired. My only caveat, if your ground is full of weeds or tall grass, you will spend a lot of time popping the tine wheels off and untangling, easy to do but time consuming. I remedied this by getting out my weedwhacker and cutting the weeds to the dirt and raking it up before finishing the tilling.

Very good, strong motor and surprisingly long life battery. Does a good job taking out weeds and aerating the soil. Easy to work with and makes my job easier. Weight is manageable, assembly is easy and the results are worth the investment.

Wel I can confess that I am the true hater of weeding gardens. I told the wife I was thinking of getting a mantis aerator but they were to damned expensive. Well she started looking at battery powered units. I said no to battery power! I’m a 2 stroke kind of guy. Well she bought this unit anyway so I decided to be fair and give it a go. Well much to my surprise it worked quite well! Not really sold on the battery but we will see.I weeded a 30’x40’ garden in and hour! All time record! And my back is still intact! I’m sure if this unit is kept out of the weather it should perform for a few years at least. We will see, so far worth the money. I did not experience the stuff mentioned in the bad reviews., simple 5 minute setup and your off!

I bought this hoping I wouldn't have to return it. I was a little nervous when putting it together, which was quite easy, but it being plastic had me somewhat concerned. And it didn't help that my son-in-law was pretty sure it wouldn't do much. Well, we were both pleasantly surprised. It did a pretty good job on some hard soil. I didn't have to go deep, but I think it could have done so. I foresee that it will work great for my future projects and for tilling the raised garden beds I'm installing. I'm also pleased at how quickly the batteries charge so I can switch them out and keep going ( I should add that I'm a 63 year old woman and can easily operate this). Time will tell how well it holds up, but for now it gets 5 stars.

I’m able to use this with one arm as needed, left arm and hand are weakened do to a stroke. Makes weeding the garden a lot quicker than using a hoe .

This is a great machine!!! Comes with 2 batteries that run for quite some time. Wonderful for the backyard "farmer" who needs an easy way to rototil a small raised bed, mixing over-wintered leaves, compost and manure together. Was sooo fast!!! I went over and did my daughter's garden, too!!!
