Product looks good, provides the information that I wanted to see. I was happy with the white color (white digits/black background) At the end of programing in the time/date/ etc. it is necessary to hit the center OK button or the changes made do not become activated. This is most noticeable/ important when setting the clock! If you don't hit the OK button the time doesn't advance. It took me a while to stumble onto that little bit of programming, the screen goes blank momentarily (wait for the screen to go blank)THEN you can move onto the next option. I left the brightness at the default setting of 3, plenty easy to see at that level, even during the day. ... show more

The clock is great. Large enough and clear enough to be seen by elderly. Not too much information that it gets confusing for them. Only problem was it was preset with an alarm that went off very loudly before 5 am and scared everyone in the house. It was not obvious to see that an alarm was set.
