This battery is built better than one could imagine. You know it is quality when it arrives in a wooden crate with metal corner supports. Open opening the crate the foam packaging has the battery firmly protected. The battery itself is built to last a lifetime. It is metal with hex screws holding the top on. All M8 style connectors for terminals were of high quality and everything was above my expectations. After connecting to my golf cart I was blown away. I dropped almost 360lbs from my old flooded 6v batteries and picked up so much more power. The display is amazing it has tons of useful info and is very expensive looking. I had an issue by my own fault where I dropped the display while driving before mounting it. I ran over it breaking g the pins off. I reached out to the manufacturer and was given a link to purchase a display at a greatly reduced price. Customer service is amazing. The battery, charger, display all were high quality and function perfectly. This is a must have upgrade. Update....a month or so in and this battery is amazing. I have abused the crap out of this thing as I upgraded a old cart from 36v to 48v. I ordered a controller that is the opposite throttle input than my throttle. With that said I have been running the cart and it is 100% throttle at the first touch of the pedal. The BMS and battery have been holding up perfect even with this continuous abuse. 180AH came packaged very well and faster than expected. Did not come with charger. Really nice size for how many amp hours, about the same size as a 100 amp hour lead acid but way lighter. The instructions and the product manual did not have or list information for 180ah battery regarding charge Parameters. Contacted Kepworth via email NO return email.

Okay, so a few things I like and a couple of things I don't like. I have only had this battery installed for a week (2006 EZGO 36V TXT, lifted on bigger tires/wheels). I really like the entire package. This is my first lithium ion battery pack experience, so I have nothing to compare it to, but nevertheless, I really like how it's built and all the components are high quality. One thing you need to know, the measurements shown in the photo, aren't accurate. This battery will not fit in one battery channel (where 3 of the six 6V batteries were), I had to build a raised floor so the battery could sit on top of the angle iron rails. The actual dimensions are 11.25" wide X 16.5" long X 9.25" tall. The cap is 13.25" X 17.25". Out of the gate, the cart ran really well (I just shaved 300lbs off its original weight). It's definitely faster. The issue I found I now have, is over-current. This battery is only rated at 200AH. There is one very steep hill in my neighborhood that causes the battery to cut-off for about 30 seconds. It's an over current protection built into the battery management system (BMS). It did fine on all the other hills, but if you know you're going to be climbing a lot of steep hills, go with a stronger battery. For areas that are relatively flat, this battery will work perfectly. I do like how it's just one battery instead of 3, it means I only have to worry about the health of one battery instead of 3. I would definitely recommend this battery, but only to people that are not expecting to climb steep hills.

Perfect battery. If you order and have trouble with starting make sure you toggle the dgs button to ON to get power. Reached out to Custer service and they were great to get back with me in a timely manner. All info they gave was easy to follow. Will buy from again and shipping was fast. Would recommend getting your golf cart battery here!

Llegó en su tiempo muy bien empaquetada nueva como se dice con sus puertos de USB con su tapa 2 puertos en uno su puerto de carga aereo de tres puntos el voltage llegó en 12.9 en amperaje aun no lo he medido pero puse a funcionar un inversor de 3000 w y con dos neveras de 110 v cada una y un ventilador de alta de 100 w ademas de otras pequeñas cargas y funcionó perfecto ni se lo sintio por casi 15 minutos no bajo ni una raya del medidor, y tampoco huvo ningún cambio de temperatura siempre fría, la batería no pesa casi nada para su tamaño pues mide de largo unas 21 pulgadas, de ancho 9 pulgadas de altura con sus bornes 9 pulgadas también se ve bien hasta ahora y aunque no la he probado con grandes consumos creo que es muy buena batería solo que me gustaría que tragera algún tipo de medidor propio para saber desde ella misma cuanto de carga tiene y cuanto le queda, pero es muy buena bateria la recomiendo. Trae su cargador con cable suficiente a conectar directo al puerto de avión, y un indicador Led muyo portuno.

I think the capacity may be higher than stated… At the very least they do have their full capacity and are working well. And the price is so good with coupons etc. They run everything on my RV very well. What I don’t like: The casing seems thin. In my RV they are under the chassis. I’ve put foam around to try to protect. But I wish the plastic casing was more reassuring! The M8 terminals were very short. I had to buy the next size up to fit 2 -3 terminals on a few of them.
