This machine is a must for parties and family gatherings. It worked great, actually too well, and froze my mix, after some adjustments I found the right setting and have some awesome slushies. I was super excited to receive this item at my restaurant, especially for the spring and summer month. Extremely heavy had to wait for help to unpack it. This machine would not get cold not matter what. Contacted seller they sent me a return label that I have to pay for shipping (122pd), ridiculous. Hopefully Amazon will step up and in. This is the second big product like such I have purchased from Amazon and had no good luck with. Never will I ever purchase any type of Icy machine or slushy machine again UGH!

Purchased for home use. Arrived fine, followed instructions. One side used a gin & tonic recipe and the other side a margarita recipe. GT side worked perfectly, the other side never even cooled down. Messaged seller and was offered a couple of suggestions, which I attempted and it still did not work. I chose to return for refund after one use and although the machine did not work properly, the service and return was excellent. Besides the one side that did work properly, the result was perfect. Quick correspondence, customer service and refund.

I wanted a simple margarita machine and boy was I surprised when I put it on my island and it grew to the entire size of the island. Then I put it on my picnic blanket and miraculously under the machine became my kitchen island counter, but ONLY under the machine the rest was still blanket. These pictures don't lie. Definitely not photoshopped. Must get this magic machine.
