This is amazing. We got it in and set up was easy. As soon as we turned it on, it heated up quickly and we could make cotton candy right away. I was blown away by this product and now we eat cotton candy all the time because it is so easy to use. Clean up is pretty easy but if you let it sit for too long after use, it is a little more difficult. The metal tub is so big you can jot clean in the sink so we have to clean it in the bath tub. This will melt Jolly Ranchers and make cotton candy from it and it is waaaayyyyyy better than using the sugar. I say dont waste time using the sugar, buy the jolly ranchers, the flavor is amazing.

We love this cotton candy machine, our friends love it, our neighbors love it, the guys at the fire department love it! Works great! Arrived much faster than we expected and assembly was very easy. It took my husband about 20 minutes to unbox and put it together. It’s easy to wash too. I suggest buying the globe top to avoid sugar flying out.

Update on review: For whatever reason the machine burns the sugar and doesn't produce the same after about 3 months. I haven't changed how use, maintain and clean the machine after each event. It just overheats and burns. Hard to get burnt sugar (silly nilly or any flavor) off of the motor. Customer service told me to use vinegar to get it off which I did and....nope that didn't work. They somewhat honored the warrenty by sending me a new head/spinny thing to replace the burnt one except it's really hard to take the original off bc the placement of screws inside the machine are awkward and difficult to reach. I asked and showed them a pic of the bubble shield that broke during this ordeal and although it was purchased as part of the whole machine they said it's not part of the warranty. Really??? So I had to buy another bubble shield bc I can't have floss flying all over the place. Warning the bubble shield is fragile. Warning the spinning head will eventually burn and be of no use. Original review: Great machine! *and great customer service. Easy to use and easy to clean. Once warmed up the cotton candy flows steadily. Glad I purchased.
