Description

The Starfire Solarus AP All-Season 265/65R18 114T Tire has sharp-angled all- purpose center blocks which have been designed to enhance traction on dirt paths, gravel roads and farmland, while still providing strong on-road performance. Designed for all-purpose, all-terrain capability with all-season traction while providing a quiet ride at an affordable price. The wide anti- hydroplane grooves on each side help flush out the water from the tire, which improves wet traction and resistance to hydroplanning. Wet and snow traction is strengthened by full-depth biting edges or "all-season sipes". The quiet Zig-Zag pattern disrupts air flow through the tread which reduces noise for a quiet ride. The Starfire Solarus AP comes with a great 50,000 mile warranty. The Starfire Solarus AP is an all-terrain tire for full sized pickup trucks and various SUVs.

They mounted and balanced with a bubble balance fairly easily.They ride smoothly and and low road noise. Ive only driven them at 75 mph but I had no vibration. The only difficulty I had ( only the last tire) was reseating the bead but I was using a pancake 150 psi compressor and some extra tire lube took care of that. ... show more
