Christmas Kitchen Rugs: $29.99 for a set of two at the time of review As I write this review, we aren't quite to the holiday season yet. However, as my wife would say, it's never too early to start looking for good holiday decorations. So of course, when I saw Christmas themed kitchen mats I knew that she would love them. *What I liked*: We opted for the truck style mats that say, “It's the most wonderful time of the year." out of all of the options, this was our favorite. I do have to say that the design is great. I believe that this style of picture is called painterly. It looks kind of like a painting and it really evokes a good old-fashioned Christmas spirit. *What I didn't like*: Being as most of the mats that we get for our kitchen come from Costco, that is my main point of comparison for these. So that being said, these definitely feel a little thin in comparison. I think the idea of a soft mat like this is that it is supposed to aid in stress relief from standing still for long periods of time in the same spot (like doing the dishes at the sink, or preparing food at the counter). To that end, these probably aren't as good. Also, the size feels a little on the small side (especially compared to Costco mats). In fact, the mats that these will replace for the holiday season are about 40% bigger in area. Finally, I want a note that these are not rugs. These are mats. Rugs are woven, and these are not. If you order this expecting something woven you will be disappointed. *The Bottom Line:* Based on the "I didn't like" section you may think that my overall opinion of these mats is poor. If I've given that impression, I'm sorry. I actually do like them quite a bit. And for short term (about a month) holiday placement they're going to be great. Ultimately, most of my criticisms are minor, and compare them to other mats that don't come as part of a set like these do. So everything considered, my final score will wind up at four stars out of five. These are fun and festive holiday mats and a good option for sprucing up your kitchen space for the holidays.

Attractive holiday addition. The smaller one takes some effort to uncurl as it it rolled up tightly on the inside of the larger. The larger one is is long enough but the other dimension is really too narrow. Proportionally, it isn't quite right. This is comfy while standing at the counter prepping food.

My wife really likes the design we chose, it brings a nice Christmas feel and the cushioning helps a lot when you are cooking or doing dishes for a while, standing in mostly one place in the kitchen. I’ve never owned a cushioning mat like these for my own kitchen before but I have used some at other places and this one feels pretty nice. Definitely worth the cost of these!

I’m not normally one to decorate for holidays as I’m always over at the families. Being a guy that likes vintage vehicles, this is my one decoration. The vivid graphics and the rendered style that they used made them stand out for me. The mat is quite substantial with its soft non-slip foam that has a nice pliable feel standing on it. They are something I will use even after the holidays.

This is a great value for two Christmas rugs. We chose the one with the red truck and the Christmas tree, but there are a few different options available to fit your theme and style. They are the comfort cushioned rugs that are supposed to be easy on your feet and knees. They have a little bit of grip on the bottom, but you may still want to invest in no-slip matts for underneath them, especially if you have little kids running around. Nice quality.
