Husband put the whole coop together only to realize a whole piece of the run/fence is missing. Also a whole gate piece which latches on the roof of the run was missing. Can't get parts sent to you that you're missing. Was passed around to 4 or 5 chat associates like I was a joint at a party. They wanted me to take the whole thing apart, load it up in my car and return it. To get a refund, then wait another two weeks for another one to be shipped out. Besides the missing parts issue. I just spent over an hour putting this coop together only to get to the roof and be missing at least one piece. I did count the pieces and I have 3 of part N and no part L. I cant find a single way to contact the seller. The latch doesn't fit this design even if its repositioned. I will start a return if the seller doesn't contact me for the missing parts within 24 hours. This is unacceptable. The directions also have ZERO written instruction, the holes for hardware are NOT pre-drilled, the larger pieces are held together with really flimsy staples. Rating1 star because it won’t let me give it 0 stars. I should have known by the price but I was really hoping it wasn’t going to be junk because it is a super cute design. However, and this might be being generous, the material is slightly (stressing slightly) better than cardboard. I’ve seen sturdier hardware in toy packaging! And I don’t know if I’d feel comfortable putting 5 baby chicks in it let alone 5 grown chickens. ... show more

This coop is constructed of poor quality materials. The instructions are terrible. There is no possible way that this coop will hold up to the elements and keep predators out.

You won’t be disappointed in what you get. I love the white carriage coop. The description of size and materials is accurate. This coops are perfect for my hens, the waterproof roofs of coop and run are useful to give them a warm home.
