This was a great purchase for my trigger finger. The plus and minus is that hard braces come in different sizes. I needed a duplicate in case I lost the one for my thumb. But it was tremendously helpful in supporting and protecting my thumb.

I wear a size XS/S in mens motocross gloves and a S/M in womens gloves. My hand is about 7.5" around the widest part of my palm. The sizing measurements on the chart aren't quite right (or I didn't measure correctly), as I thought the largest size (9) was going to fit on my thumbs. I had a paper measuring tape and it looked like my right thumb was just over 2.5" around. As it turned out, the smallest (size 4) fit my pinkies and the size 7s fit my thumbs. My husband wears a size 2XL glove and he couldn't even get the size 9 to fit his pinky. A man with large hands will need splints in the larger sizes (probably 11-15). I ended up having to buy 2 sets to get 7s for both thumbs, but that still worked out cheaper than buying one more size 7 oval 8 brace! Both my thumbs are healing nicely after 3 weeks of using the braces. I was having painful popping, clicking, and catching of the tendons (which I assume is trigger thumb). I had been taping them, but the tape gets wet and looks gross pretty quickly. These splints work well, are comfortable and don't make my thumbs look like old ratty mummies. I try and wear these during the day, taking a break here and there, but at night I wear a different kind of thumb brace on my left hand for sleeping (CMC joint arthritis in left hand). I do wear this splint on my right thumb most nights and it's helping quite a bit. They are easy to lose and it takes some fiddling to figure out what size feels best, but overall I'm really happy with these and having multiple sizes to try was really nice.

Overall these are fine--but the sizing is weird if you are hoping to wear these on both hands, as I've hoped. I am equally hypermobile everywhere on both hands. I would rather have 2 size 4s, 2 5s, 2 6s, 2 7s, etc. - my hands are not different enough in ring size to be able to use 10 sizes. My right hand might be a half size bigger if that. So I have limited ability to wear all of these at once. However, these are cheap enough that if you really need to...you could buy 2 packs. It's just an idea that these guys could put together a 2-pack of each size.

The product works great but the sizes are not great. I ordered the ones with 9, 10 and 11 and they were too big so I ordered the 6, 7, 8 and they were the same as the others. I think there was one that was a little smaller but not enough to really notice.

I love these splints. I ended up wearing one backward because it worked better but overall a great product. There were a few little rough spots but a quick rub with my nail file and it is smooth. For the price the best thing. I bought them to see if they would work before I bought the more expensive kind. But am thinking I will just stick to these since they work so well

These are comfortable and a must for sleeping if you have trigger fingers/thumbs. The compressions sleeves are a bonus. They are quite comfortable to wear. Would recommend.

It does support the joint, both forward and backwards. However can be a little bit uncomfortable on the outside of the thumb, when its used to support the finger from going backwards. But its doing its job

I have a horrible case of stenosing tenosynovitis..if my thumb bends it locks and has to be forced back into place..I've tried several "home remedies (including duct tape..🥴) but had to deal with material getting wet and falling apart... this splint totally prevents my thumb from bending while allowing me us get my hands wet for daily chores..it is not the most comfortable thing to wear, but the alternative is worse..I have very small hands, and even with a swollen thumb, had to use the next to the smallest..a good variety of sizes.. Wld recommend....
