I have tried several times from about 30 days after the purchase to get someone to please call me back and there has been no response. I have a problem that the LED lights are turned off, they still have a slight glow that I only notice at night time. I think there is a problem with the control module and need a replacement. Thank goodness I bought a 2 year warranty but unfortunately I will have to use it in the first couple of months since the purchase and the warranty will no longer will be valid. All someoe had to do was pick up a phone and call me back or email me with a solution. overall the product seems to be good quality but the seller 10LOL.com needs to get out of the business of selling golf cart parts.

The media could not be loaded. We installed the lights under our golf cart and they look very very nice and bright. It has many color settings which my kids enjoyed picking out before our ride. The installation was super easy. We had no trouble there. It took longer running the led strips across the bottom then connecting them to the battery. The downside is that they drain our golf cart batteries soo much. We went from charging once every few weeks to 2-3 time weekly. The last ride we were at 60% and it dropped to 40% almost instantly. We had to stop and go to give it enough power to get us home. I was so bummed that we had to disconnect them. 😔 They really are nice but we couldn't keep them on any more. Maybe connect them here and there but cannot keep them connected 24/7.

The media could not be loaded. The light kit was a gift for my daughter's birthday. She loves them, and she said they were excellent. They were easy to install. The instructions were great, and they recommended using Alien tape which worked great!

This was a great way to customize our golf cart. Great value with 24 modes to select. Installation was a bit more than anticipated, so we choose to have it installed by a 3rd party. Looks great and easy to switch modes through the fob. Would highly recommend.
