I honestly wasn’t expecting too much, but after letting the couch fully expand for about 72 hours, I was pleasantly surprised. It became much more comfortable and firm than it felt at first, so definitely give it the full expansion time before judging it. The couch does not have a lot of back support on its own, but I fixed that easily by adding thick plush pillows. With the pillows and two plush couch covers, it looks much more expensive than it is. My friends thought I spent around $700–$800 on it. The quality is amazing for the price. It looks cozy, soft, and beautiful in my living room. Some people mentioned the sections moving apart, but I have carpet and mine does not move at all. I cannot speak for wood floors, but for me this has not been an issue. If it does move, I think Velcro or rug tape would probably fix it. One thing to know: it has no legs. If that bothers you, this may not be the couch for you. But if you like a low, cozy, lounge-style couch, I definitely recommend it. It is absolutely worth every penny.

We bought this for our family room, so we have a place to curl up and watch movies together. I loved the idea of it being modular, so we can use it any configuration. It's primarily stayed in the double lounger mode because we all pile up in it so often. We gather for reading books together there, movies, any kind of family time. My one wish is that the back was just a bit higher, but it's really comfortable. The quality is great, and it's been easy to clean when little spills happen. It's surprisingly structured for being boneless. It's firm but still comfortable. We have it sitting on a rug, so it doesn't shift too much, which I'd seen as a complaint. But it's so easy to move around that it's not a big deal to reset at the end of the night. Would definitely buy again!

Honestly thought this couch would be super soft and maybe a bit flimsy, but I was pleasantly surprised by how supportive and well-structured it actually is. It’s firm in a comfortable way and provides great back support without feeling stiff. It’s also incredibly spacious — it easily fits 6–7 people, and there’s plenty of room to stretch out and even sleep on it comfortably. We’ve had guests stay over and they had no complaints at all. Assembly was very straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, this is hands down the best couch I’ve ever purchased. Highly recommend!

This was a HORRIBLE idea. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE A TODDLER. My little guy who is under a year and a half got his arm (and later a leg) stuck in between the cushions because they do not secure together. I looked these boneless couches up and read good things, and really wanted an affordable sectional. We wanted it delivered and lightweight, so this one sounded good based on the reviews. Boy, was I wrong! We sink on the edges, and my small boys do as well (no we are not a big family at all). My toddler can’t even crawl on it safely because they don’t stick well together. I either received a dud of a product, or they truly suck. The cushions for your back are very thin, so no support at all, especially if you’re 30+ (at this age, I want a comfortable couch, not something for college kids). So yeah. This was a ridiculous purchase. Now I have to try to get it in my car and get to the UPS store. Don’t be like me, JUST DON’T BUY IT IF YOU’RE UNDER 30 OR HAVE TODDLER CHILDREN. Just spend more $$ and get something else!

I’ve had it for exactly two weeks today, so I thought I would share my thoughts! I was very apprehensive about buying a “boneless” couch because I think flash trends are often misleading, but my previous couch was of a similar price point and was SO uncomfortable (the cushions wore out very quickly and it was like sitting on a metal frame). In search of comfort, I talked myself into this. The size is fantastic. The seats are deep enough, and the chaise is wide and long enough to stretch out. This couch could comfortably seat 3-4 people. I was worried about the height of the back, as most reviews said to keep it against a wall and that was not my plan. I have had no issues with back support (though that may be because I’m 5’4” and it’s just the right height for me). The actual back is decently low, but the cushions it comes with are firm and tall enough to offer support. I also don’t find that it’s too close to the ground (though again, I’m not super tall). When you first sit down, it is very firm. It has a springy quality to it that might feel odd to someone unfamiliar with memory foam. However, a minute or two of sitting and the cushions relax. I’ve fallen asleep on it multiple times in the short time I’ve had it! I was worried about patterns of wear (I’m 200ish lbs) and so far I’ve not noticed any indication that it will sag. It bounces right back up as soon as I stand up. However, that may change over time. Shipping made me nervous, but it was painless. It comes in 2 boxes, as many have said. Others have said the company reached out with a second tracking number— that was not my experience. However, if you have a FedEx account their system will automatically populate the second tracking number for you. The second package arrived the day after the first. Huge packages, obviously, and they’re a bit intimidating to unpack. I believe the couch says 48-72 hours for full shape, but I found that within an hour or two it had mostly risen to size and the wrinkles were beginning to iron out. My only complaints: it can be hard to get the pieces at exactly right angles, as you can see in my photo. I have it on carpet so it stays put, but they’re still modular pieces that may not exactly line up perfectly. The fabric of the couch is also very deep. It collects EVERYTHING. It’s easy to vacuum up with a handheld vacuum and that’s sort of on me for picking a cream color, but I didn’t expect every single crumb to be so visible. Overall, I love this couch. I was terrified that I would regret it and have to embarrassedly tell my friends and family that I was burned by a tiktok trend. Fortunately, no regrets so far! I spend a great deal of time on it (lol) and I’m a big fan. Buy this couch!

Loving my new “Boneless Couch!” All of the boxes were delivered on the same day. It looks and feels luxurious. It sits comfortably. I’m only using the chaise and the other corner portion in my den and the center piece in my bedroom for additional seating. It’s very nice!!

Sofa was very easy to unbox and it filled out completely in a few hours. The smell of chemical was strong when unboxing. The material on the couch was very soft and comfortable but shed alot like an animal. I saw you could unzip the cover and wash i tried to do that but only the pillow covers could be taken off and the zipper were very cheap 1 zipper was broken. I could not take the cover of the couch off to wash it-also my son is a big guy and when he sat on the couch it dipped really low and lost shape. I dont think this couch is built to last more than a year. For me it looks good and was comfortable but not functional for my needs. It is being returned.
