After not having a couch in my living room for too long I started investigating these boneless type cloud couches. Pretty popular as it turns out. This one in particular had a review or two from a couple of heavier people, as I'm a stout 290 lbs, I wanted to make sure I didn't just sink to the floor. I ordered, it arrived on time in two separate deliveries, got it all unboxed and set up. Upon first initial sit i was kinda under impressed. However, as noted in the instructions it takes a day or two to fully come to shape. After that time went by I did notice more stability and fullness, and same goes for the pillows that come with it. The material is super soft and plush and the black I chose looks fantastic. My one and only gripe about it is there isn't a whole lot of back support. What amounts to being the "back" of the couch isn't even high enough to really support your lower back. Look at the dimensions provided by the different manufacturers as I'm sure they'll differ. I like this sofa..I sleep on the sofa most of the time, so the low back is nice to throw my arm upon it...and my great dane Pearl uses it to rest her big head...its comfortable and firm...easy to move around and set up...I would not use this for a main living room set up as it seems quite casual to me and it's fairly low to the floor...I would definitely purchase again....I wanted something delivered to my door ... show more

I am very concerned about whether the products I buy have spent the right money on key cost points. Let me summarize the 'key money spent right' on this sofa: High density foam (key) Advanced corduroy fabric (key) Module design (key) Sufficient seat depth (experience key) True installation free (key to user satisfaction) It didn't spend money on meaningless things, For example, fancy styling, excessive decoration, expensive but not durable fabrics None of these. I bought this couch because my previous couch was horrible for naps. This couch is way, way better. The seating area is deep and comfy, and seating is quite comfortable. The big difference for me was when you wanna take a nap. I'm not a small guy at 6'1" and 265, but I can easily fall asleep on this couch with a pillow, and still not have to curl myself into the fetal position. If it holds up, and remains firm and supportive, I will be extremely happy with it. The only detractors in my mind, it sits very low, which makes it a little difficult for a larger individual to get up, and the back rests are low, so if you're not wanting to have your couch against the wall, makes reclining a bit uncomfortable. This is super easy to set up. Open the boxes and arrange your pieces. I think each piece is roughly 40lbs, which makes it very easy to set in the room. ... show more

The delivery speed is fast, and regardless, the sofa is overall comfortable and sturdy. This sofa makes my room feel more energetic and comfortable. Assembly is easy and a bit heavy, but this is expected. The sofa expands quickly and fully recovers in almost a few minutes, but I still recommend waiting for more than 2 hours. I am glad that this sofa can sleep comfortably. Also, as a reference, I am 5 feet 7 inches tall and have enough space on the long side, which seems to be more practical than other sofa sizes. Love this couch so much. Also the customer service is excellent! I had a slight issue with my delivery as one of the cup holders was missing but they checked into it within a day and gave me a bit of my money back to compensate when they weren’t able to send a cup holder.

Furniture has never been easier! This is a great couch. It’s firm yet comfortable. The ottoman is easy to move around intentionally but doesn’t slide around on the area rug. The cup holders are a nice touch! I would highly recommend and will be buying another one for another room of my house.
