Two HUGE things - make sure to hook to your battery or alternator. I had a shop do this for me. You may also need a kill-switch to keep this device from killing your battery. There is an LCD display that does not power off when it has a direct connection. Normally I will just unhook a terminal, which also works. If you plug this into your 12v socket, you will get 150watts max. Be aware before giving a bad review. You'll also need to make sure your vehicle is capable of producing the power this demands. My current truck will produce about 500 watts or so before the battery will start struggling to keep a good charge. Hope this helps.

I was pretty excited to try this product out seeing that it was 1000 watts that had a cigarette charger. Plugged it into my truck and went on a test drive. Seemed to do okay but once I shut the truck off and it went into Lo mode or whatever it never came back on. When I tried turning it back on it popped my 20A fuse, that was in my truck, not once but twice. I checked the fuses on the inverter and they did not pop. So I had to go to the auto store purchase replacement fuses at $15. Now this $62 product has cost me a total of $75. I replaced the fuses in my truck re-read the instructions and tried all over again, once last time in hopes things would change. They did not. Now it won't even come on. This product is now a very expensive $75 paperweight. I would not wish this product on my worst enemy and will be returning this product. If I could give it a -1 star I would for costing me additional money and the possibility of messing up my truck. Terrible, terrible, terrible product. I can understand now why it was on sale and they were trying to move all their overstock. Again I will not recommend this product unless you want to be frustrated and unhappy like me.

Installed in the trunk of a crossover using 4 gauge stranded wire to connect to a 100A breaker and the vehicle's battery. Powered my full size fridge without issue. Stayed quiet during operation, I don't think the fan ever even turned on in my case. Having a built in usb-c PD port is a nice bonus too. Power draw when inverter is switched off is very low, and doesn't seem to cause any noticeable battery drain after a week of the vehicle being parked.

I purchased this to use in my truck to run my battery chargers for my cordless tools. Worked great until it didn’t. One morning it worked then the next it didn’t. Checked all 3 fuses and all 3 were good but no power. Wish it lasted longer.

Used it for our air mattress and coffee maker. The coffee maker used 750watts and it performed great even with a long extension cord. Make sure your connections are tight on the Inverter for the hook up cables. I didnt tighten one all the way and the cable started to overheat. Once I tightened it up it worked great.
