I love this bike. It’s a smooth ride and was easy to put together. I had a little difficulty figuring out how to remove the battery. All videos I watched made it look easy but I really had to pull hard to get it out. Plus the keys for the battery are poorly made. I almost broke the first key because it kept bending when I tried turning the lock. My only other issue would be the speed. It is advertised to go 35mph but I can only get it to go 30 at top speed. For me that’s not a dealbreaker because I don’t necessarily need speed. I love how long the battery lasts. I would say the advertisement for that is accurate. I can go on a 40 or 50 mile bike ride and still have about half a battery left. Like anything you purchase, you will find some flaws. The only question is are you able to live with them or not? When I bought this bike it was advertised as a 1500 W with max 2000 W. It came with a battery that is rated at 800 W. It is also advertised to have 100 hours of battery life. I got 34 hours. When I contacted the seller about it they told me that that is with a 110 lb rider, with pedal assist, on flat ground. I am 140 lbs, used it on flat ground, with pedal assist. It is advertised yo go 35-36 mph. I bought 2 of these bikes. They both have a govenor on them that tops out at 31 mph. They do not stay locked when you have them folded in half. So when you lift them they try to come unfolded. Making it very difficult for loading. One of the bikes rear brakes will not stay in adjustment causing it to have a very high squeel. And the other bike will not shift into 8th gear. I have noticed that the seller has updated some of the false advertising. But there are too many false advertisements for these bikes. These bikes are non-returnable due to the size and battery, but the seller will try and tell you that they are. They did try to work with me by offering to send me 2 more batteries, but I am stuck with 2 bikes that aren't anything as advertised. After almost a year the seller worked with me and I finally got some help. The bike comes with a free gift. Make sure that you screen shot the confirmation so you receive it. ... show more

Shipping was longer than original timeframe. Bike ride arrived in great condition. Assembly was relatively easy.. But now we must get to the negative kick stand fell apart on the second day the pin which holds the assembly together actually fell out. Contacting Customer Service was a bit of a problem eventually resolved. Received new kickstand.. I have 225 miles on the bike. I live in a very hilly area and averaging approximately 60 to 70 miles between charges.. performance I feel excellent. ... show more
