Is the unboxing and setup process difficult? Can I manage it alone? For secure transit, the product is shipped with robust steel frame. We strongly recommend having a frend or family member assist you with unboxing for safety and ease. But the scooter itself is 95% Pre-Assembled I fully charged the scooter, but it still won't start? 1 Check the power switch under the seat and make sure its in the "on" position(RED IS ON), 2. Check the remote key to see if the scooter is locked -(When the battery is fully charged, the charger will display a green light.) What are the best practices for daily charging and battery maintenance? For daily use, its important to avoid leting the battery level fall below 20% or storing the device long-termata ful charge. Additionaly, aways avoid charging the device in high-temperature or humid environments. I can't find the keys, charger, or manual! Where are they located? Don't wory, they are safely stored onboard, The keys tied to the handle, the charger, mirors and instruction manual are all located in a storage compartment beneath the seat opened by the key. You will need to lift the seat to access them.

A Real Man's (or Woman's) Scooter.

My best purchase of 2026. I ride this thing everywhere. To the clubhouse, to the market, or just riding it for pleasure. It brings back the days when I rode my motorcycle everywhere. I'm now 87 and this scooter has brought back memories that I thought I had lost. It's comfortable. I love how the seat can be adjusted to fit my torso just the way I like it. It's fast. My top speed is 16 mph, but it feels like 50. I made a few modifications that I wish had been included in its manufacture. The parking brake needs improvement. On level ground it works just fine, but not so good on an incline. So, I made a wheel chuck out of 3/4" PVC that I slip under a wheel when I need it. The unit could also be improved by adding a metal basket to the back seat instead of the small lock box. The metal basket I attached to the back of the seat works great for carrying bags of groceries from the market and other items as needed. I may be an old man, but this scooter gives me a reason to get up and get out and tour the neighborhood and meet new friends. This is a five-star vehicle, but I am giving it four stars for the reasons indicated.

Dad’s perfect fishing buddy – surprisingly capable off‑road

My dad is 78, with weak legs, but he’s crazy about fishing. Before, I had to drive him to the river every time; now he rides this scooter there all by himself. I chose this model because of the wide tyres and suspension – and it truly handles gravel, packed dirt, and even sandy riverbanks with ease. The trunk is huge: it fits his bag, a folding stool, a thermos, and with room to spare. The controls couldn’t be simpler – he figured out forward, reverse, and the turn signals in under a minute, and he’s never driven anything electric before. The battery is exceptional – he made three trips to the river over four days before needing a recharge. The floorboard is textured and grippy, so his feet stay secure even when the ground is damp. Dad says the seat feels like his favourite armchair, and the backrest keeps him upright without fatigue. Now he goes out smiling every afternoon, and I don’t worry about him getting stranded. This was a win for the whole family.

Great product that would be even better with a parking brake

It has great manoverability and power right out of the box! Only a few things to add: a parking brake. I think I can make a strap to wrap the handbrake lever shut to act as one. I don't need the mirrors or keyed trunk. It would be nice to have the option to leave unlocked. Nice front bumper, but missing a decent rear bumper bar. I'm trying to figure out a way to mount a sun and rain shade for regular outdoor use.

My confidence is back!

After my knee surgery, I was stuck at home feeling useless—until I got this scooter. The suspension absorbs potholes so smoothly, I barely feel them. The handlebars are comfortable to grip, and the brakes are responsive without being too sensitive. I even took it to the mall last weekend, and it maneuvered through crowds way better than I expected. The red color gets so many compliments, I feel like I’m riding a cool little sports car!
