The bike arrived in 3-4 days after placing the order. Well built, very easy to put together in about 1 hr. However the battery does not accept full charge, only 40-50 % (maybe some dead cells? or the charger? ). I've charged it now 6-7 times. There's also a wobble in the front tire. Despite all this the customer service is exceptional so far in it's response and willing to work with me. I highly recommend it. Update: the c/s sent a new charger -same result. Looks like it's the battery. They are sending me a new one. The wobble was fixed by trueing 4-5 spokes. Incredible customer service. The bike is great, rides very smooth, it's a lot of fun. Update #2 C/S promised a new battery in 5 days, it's two weeks now and no luck. Disappointed ! Update#3 finally I've got the new battery and looks like it charged all the way. Too cold to try it out ... show more
