I absolutely love Murad's Retinol cream and I also love the fact that you can get this refill. It is cheaper than buying the entire bottle and every dollar I save counts! This cream is unscented and does not irritate my skin. If I do notice some dryness, I skip a day or two and then use it again. I have several places on my face where my pores are "turning inside out" (my doctor's words, not mine) and the retinol cream smooths them out!! Needless to say, I highly recommend!!!! ... show more

I would love to rate this product higher, but failed pumps on the Murad products I've tried leaves me beyond frustrated. After only a few uses on several different products, the pump either stops working or completely shears off from the bottle. (If you look closely at the photos, you'll see the top of the plastic canister is broken and jagged where the pump lid has broken. You can also see in the photo of the underside of the pump, the matching jagged plastic.) This leaves me with having to unscrew the lid and hit the bottle against my hand to dispense the product. For the high price tag on their products, you would think Murad would have a dispensing system that could easily hang with the cheaper, store brand products out there.
