  • Boston Cucumber Heaven
It is celebrated for its exceptionally crisp flesh, high sugar content, and high-yielding vining habit. Fast-growing; ready in 50 to 60 days from germination. Requires Full Sun (minimum 6 hours daily) and rich, well-draining soil. The flesh is exceptionally firm, dense, and low in acid. It holds up perfectly to boiling brines, retaining a loud, distinct crunch in refrigerator or shelf-stable canning jars. The seeds sprout rapidly—often within 3 to 7 days if outdoor soil temperatures hit the optimal 70°F to 85°F. Young 3-inch Boston Picklings can be eaten straight off the vine as a sweet, thin-skinned snacking or salad cucumber. The vines are vigorous and will choke out smaller garden beds if left to trail flat on the ground. Setting up a sturdy trellis or A-frame support is highly recommended. ... show more

  • Best seeds ever
These seeds grow beautiful large thick stalks & grow very quickly. My 1st harvest the vines grew 10ft tall. Very hearty producing many cucumbers. The seeds come in a radiation free pouch & I believe its the reason why these seeds are so healthy. Won't buy anywhere else. Thank you...I appreciate the care you took with these seeds. ... show more

  • May require to hand pollinate
Have lots and lots of flowers and I’ve only gotten a couple pickles out of this. They’re also very difficult to use for canning and have to be sliced because of their shape. Disappointed I’m not getting actual pickles. I’ve had to cross pollinate to try and get them to grow pickles because it seems to be a lot of males and no females. I chose these because they’re a cucumber for pickling. Not all cucumbers can be pickled.. ... show more
