I ordered this set because I wanted a matching outfit for my yoga and weightlifting sessions. I expected a thick, ribbed material that would stay in place during a workout. At 4ft 10in and 95 lbs, finding sets that do not have excess fabric is usually a challenge. I wore this for a 45-minute leg day and a short stretching routine. The wine color is rich and looks exactly like the product photos. The halter top provides a surprising amount of support with the built-in padding, and the high-waisted shorts fit really well on a smaller frame. However, the leg openings on the booty shorts are quite tight. They tend to dig into the thighs and roll up slightly during squats, which requires constant adjusting. This is a good pick for petite women who want a stylish, high-compression set for upper body days or low-impact activities. You should skip it if you have more muscular thighs or want a "seamless" feel that does not pinch. It is a very cute set for the price.

Got the pink in a size large and the color is sooo cute 😍💕 honestly the top is perfection. The halter style is super flattering and supportive and the ribbed material on top feels thick, compressive, and really secure. I do like the booty scrunch detail on the shorts because it gives a flattering shape 🍑 and the set overall has decent compression. My only real complaint is that the bottoms feel noticeably thinner than the top material. I personally would’ve preferred thicker shorts because these are definitely not squat friendly 😅 The set is lightweight and comfortable for lower impact workouts, lounging, or casual athleisure looks though ✨ overall super cute and flattering but maybe not the best choice for intense gym sessions where you’re bending and squatting a lot 💪

This compression gym set is really well made and gives that snug, sculpted feel you want during a workout. The material is thick, supportive, and definitely holds everything in place, which I love for high-impact activities. That said, it runs very small. Even for a compression set, it feels tighter than expected and can be a bit uncomfortable if you order your usual size. I’d strongly recommend sizing up, maybe even two sizes depending on how you like your fit. Overall, the quality is great and it does its job, but the sizing is something to be aware of before purchasing.

I want to know who out there is actually working out in this set because, my goodness, did I find it uncomfortable. I am a solid size MED in almost everything, with very little variation/fluctuation. This fit is so darn tight it feels more like a XS/S fit. The shorts fit better than the top, with a little bit of give and I could still breathe in them. But the top... it was so tight to get on and off, what a struggle. That paired with the MAJOR padding in the halter top, which CANNOT be removed. It was just not a good fit nor comfortable and certainly not meant for any sort of exercise or workout. It's a shame because the style looks very cute in the picture, but perhaps sizing up a size or two would be a better option. Other than the comfort and fit, the color is nice, the ribbed design sets it apart, and the quality feels thick like a good spandex. Unfortunately for me, I can't wear this at home or in public.

I’m 5’5”, around 125 lbs with a 32DDD chest, and this pink workout set fits snug but comfortable. The fabric is soft and stretchy with good support. It is thick enough so that even though it is light pink, you cannot see through it. It seems as though it will hold up for a long time. I like wearing it for workouts or lounging and I love how flattering it is on me.

I ordered a small, Black, and right out of the package, the material is nice. * Fit: size small, true to size, and quite flattering * Material: Soft, comfy, thick, stretchy, and holds up well in the wash. * Weight: light, perfect for workouts. * Pattern: Smooth, with some accents where the elastic is slightly ribbed. * Color: Matches the advertisement perfectly. This workout set fits snugly, but in a positive way. If you prefer a looser fit, you might want to consider going up a size. The top offers some support, and the shorts feature an elastic waistband along with a flattering booty scrunch. My review photos show the product in the original packaging, then separate pieces under good light, and then modeled, front and back.

Size up, full stop. I stuck with my usual size and it is extremely tight, it controls everything but in a way that feels more restrictive than supportive. The quality is lacking and it looks exactly like the price, but for a two piece set at thirty dollars that is not entirely surprising. Worth noting that the brown shade has more red in it than the photos suggest, it reads more like a clay brown in person. I would not wear this to actually work out or do yoga, the fit is more flirty athleisure than functional. Where it shines is content creation and photos because it photographs really well and the look is fun and put together. I still reach for outfits like this, just with the right expectations going in.

They work very well together, but each piece could also be worn separately. The tank top looks great on its own on a warm, casual day. For this price, I would highly recommend!
