This is very nice except the very top was to big for my gazebo so I used my old topper, as it was still good it The gazebo could use some more Velcro tie straps because when it rains it holds water and pools up.

This canaopy is too big for my 10x 10 gazebo. There is no way to secure it tight enough so it does not sag. Rain pools in it and needs to be pushed out. The material is flimsy and does a terrible job shading you from the sun. We did not install it until after the return date passed. When I realized it was as no good I tried to contact the seller and for no response. Very disappointing!

Nice replacement canopy but the fit is a little large. The canopy sags and collects rainwater. The top part is very large and the mosquito net makes no sense.

This replacement canopy is not near the quality of the original canopy that came with my Gazebo.. I seriously doubt it will stay attached to the gazebo frame if a wind picks up.. There are about half the number of ties that my original gazebo has - (2 per side), and the lengths of the tie downs are not long enough to wrap around some of the frame components (corners of my frame are hinged). The material may be more waterproof than my original - but not as thick.. and it shows every wrinkle in the packaging (which hopefully will go away once exposed to sunlight for a period of days). Hopefully the sun won't get to this material resulting in it tearing.. One might wonder why I didn't return it - it is because I can't tell what the competitor canopies offer; They all might be the same - and it takes a lot of effort to get it installed and it is not worth the effort to repackage it... If only the original manufacturer still made my original gazebo.. If it falls apart - I won't be replacing it with another one made by this manufacturer.

This was the easiest cover I have ever put on. It went on quickly. I have had it for a few months and it has faded a lot. The top piece is slightly too large but I’m giving it 5 stars because it was easy to install and it has remained in place in spite of the very strong winds we had recently.
