From order, to delivery and even them intercepting a package that was damaged and getting a new one out the next week customer service was amazing! I sent a message to the seller at 6 pm and within an hour I had a response back. When checking my tracking numbers the noticed one package was on its way back to them and sent a new one out immediately. The value for what was received is amazing. I was blown away by the quality and the fire table is beautiful. The cushions are comfortable, dust off easily, and dry quickly. My only gripe is I didn’t order a second small table. Directions for most of it was easy other than the screws not being labeled by letter for the furniture but this was easy to navigate regardless. I highly recommend for good value and price. Well worth it!

Good value for the money. Fits our patio furniture needs like a glove. Came in several shipments spaced over 3 days. Actually made receipt much easier as I didn’t have to drag too many boxes to our back patio at one time. Assembly was about what I expected, only one step caused a small problem, which occurred because I misinterpreted the picture provided. Short delay, but not a big deal. Parts fit together well and the quality is excellent. Sections are very versatile and I suspect we will change the layout now and then, but right now it fits exactly the way we anticipated. Comfortable. Great color. Sturdy (my grandson already tested that for us). Pleased with our decision.

Great quality! Comfortable ! Definitely happy with my purchase - it’s sturdy and will be around a long time. Assembly is a good 6 hr process , but you get all the tools you need . I wish the board that goes over ottoman side table was better quality , but we will see how it holds up .

We ordered the 9-piece set, and like many others, I researched & read reviews for a few weeks but kept coming back to this set based on value/quality at a great price point. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase. The set arrived in 3 separate boxes-2 came together & the last one came a day later. The way Amazon tracks the shipment, it did say that the order was delivered after the 1st 2 boxes arrived, which is a bit misleading. My husband assembled the entire set on his own over a few days. In all, he estimated that it took him about 9-10 hours total. He said it wasn’t complicated but tedious, but he’s pretty handy. Re: assembling the glider/rockers, he said there is a specific way the gear part needs to face in order to work properly, but that was the best he could recall. I love the way the cushions are tied on & attached with Velcro-that was a big selling point for me. They’re not on the glider/rockers, but they don’t need to be, because the cushion sits down into the chair. And I’m happy with the thickness of the cushion as well. I find them to be plenty thick for a comfortable seated position. I am fairly short (only 5’) so it was important that the depth of the seat wasn’t too deep, and I find these to be pretty good. I might use a pillow behind my back in the glider/rockers, but the couch/sectional chairs are perfect! My husband is closer to 5’, 10”, and he finds the set comfortable for him as well. I’m hoping this set stands up well to the heat & humidity of the south, but so far I’m really pleased!

I am extremely happy with this patio furniture set! The pieces are sturdy, comfortable, and look much more expensive than they are. Assembly was time consuming but straightforward, and all parts arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The cushions are thick and comfortable (once unpackaged they need a few hours to puff up) and the neutral color blends beautifully with my outdoor décor. It has completely transformed my patio into a relaxing space for entertaining guests, enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a glass (or a few) of wine in the evening. The sectional design is versatile, allowing different layout options to fit your space. After several weeks of use, everything has held up very well and remains comfortable and attractive. I did not use the clips to hold the individual Pieces together as I like to move things around. If you’re looking for an affordable, stylish, and comfortable outdoor furniture set, I highly recommend this one!

This is an excellent set for the price. We had some slight damage on a piece and customer service answered very quickly and also instantly sent out a replacement part. Other than that is very sturdy, soft, and was pretty easy to put together. I will definitely save this seller as a favorite.
