I've had it for about a month now and I'm absolutely loving this thing. It's an android tablet and you can install YouTube and Netflix and basically anything you can put on a normal Android tablet you can put it on here. You can just turn the hotspot on on your phone and connect it that way and stream whatever you want. That also means that you can install things like retroarch or Xbox streaming and play games on it. This truly is an awesome device to have in your vehicle. The Android auto and carplay function works as it's intended to work you just have to have some patience whenever you first start up the vehicle for it to connect. Sometimes it disconnects randomly and you'll have to close the app on the tablet and then reopen it or just switch over to Bluetooth mode. It also has wired to USB but I didn't leave that out whenever I installed it so I haven't messed with it at all. I wish I had pictures to post with this review but I wiped my phone recently so I don't have any. Something I had to find out the hard way was that when you're wiring it all up you need to run the ignition line into the ignition switch or the radio will stay on. I just patched mine into the cigarette lighter. It was super easy. Also the display does detach from the head unit and there's a ribbon cable. It's kind of hard to unplug but you can unplug it to help make the installation a little bit easier in order to get the head unit and the display to fit properly in the dash kit. It has the ability to change the brightness but it doesn't change very much in my opinion however if you swipe down like a notification bar there's an option to just turn off the display entirely. If I know where I'm going I like to drive with the cab is dark as possible so I turn All the lights off on the dash and the radio. The sound quality is exactly how I expected to be nothing more nothing less. It comes with a GPS tracker that you can install as well as a backup camera. I didn't use either one of those but it's nice that they come with it.

Horrible product. Plagued with various issues. Do not buy. Installation is not as easy as implied. The detachable screen disconnects from the mount mechanism, but on my model there is not easy way to disconnect the cable, so you have this ten inch tablet dangling unsupported unless you figure out a way to slip it through various parts of your automobile's trim. Detachable, as used in the item's description, means no cables remain connected to the unit when the screen is detached. And since my instruction manual does not include the instructions for removing the screen on my unit (it instead showed how to detach a complete different unit's screen) if I was doing something wrong I'll never know. Support is non-existent! The only way I discovered how to disconnect the screen was using the instructions here on the Amazon page. And although I bought this exact model either these instructions are incomplete, or my unit is a previous design that does not have a detachable cable. But after all of that work and trouble shooting and research it didn't matter. The screen was blank! Now it did turn on, and it would beep if touched, but just a black screen. And this must be a software issue, because there is a separate sheet of instructions on what to do if this happens. Guess what? They were useless too. Followed them exactly, and nothing worked. Wiring correct for the car's dimmer? Yes! Touch the screen with 5 fingers for five seconds to do the calibration? Yes, but the calibration never cam online. Double check every wire and connection? Yes, and everything was done exactly as it should be. Maybe if this were the first time I'd done such a project I'd blame this on inexperience or a poor installation job, but I was replacing the old Android car stereo that I had installed for which I had to do a lot more work because that required installing cable for the rear camera to be added, and the GPS antenna, and the microphone, and a proper wiring harness for a quick connect to the factory wiring. But the more I read about issues with this unit, and after sorting through all of the "Oh, one more thing that we forgot to put in the manual..." instructions included in the box, and after discovering that the website is no longer available for the product's support page, well I began to suspect that the real issue is a bad product that is poorly designed and of low quality. Very impressed with this head unit. It works as advertised and was easy to update. Very fast and responsive. Sounds great and the wireless CarPlay was easy to setup. Also Customer Support was knowledgeable and prompt with any questions I had. Great value for the money. Beautiful screen and features that rival high end products. Fit beautifully in my Toyota Fj Cruiser. Definitely recommended. Update : I’ve had this head unit installed and running for a month and I’m still in awe. It’s fast and responsive. The sound is great and it integrated perfectly into my setup. Very happy with this purchase.

I felt like I was taking a risk when buying this because it was ether good reviews or awful ones saying to stay away. I figure I would give it a try, worst case scenario I can return if it does not work. I installed in my 2007 sequoia, was not a perfect fit in the space for the box but I made it work, instal was not hard, I have hardly any experience with connecting cables I just colored match and switched some around. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and has been great I have few complaints, such a sometimes screen is too dim and I can’t see when it’s too bright outside. Does have a little glitches here and there but it does not happen often. I mostly just use it for Apple CarPlay, have not used the other apps like Netflix and such. I am happy with my purchase so far. The screen is responsive and connection to CarPlay is decent. It’s a cheap model so I don’t expect it to be the Best but for the price it’s very good. I did feel like I took a hit on the audio department but with some tweaking and tuning I got as close as I could to the sound I wanted. If you are minimal like me were you just use it for CarPlay this will be a great option, just be patient when setting up or have a professional do it for best results. Would have been 5 stars if it didn’t glitch out a little but it’s VERY minor and easy to fix with just disconnecting or turning off radio and turn it back on.
