Itself, it's a good tablet; it has an excellent display and good speed for conventional tasks. The problems I've encountered are that sometimes the screen doesn't respond to unlocking the screen, and I have to try two or three times to get it to work. The most serious problem I have is that I still haven't been able to figure out how to transfer information between the tablet and a Windows desktop computer via a USB cable. Using the FTP method that comes with it, I haven't been successful. I added a 256 GB micro SD card to expand its storage capacity, but so far, it's still completely empty. I bought this tablet primarily for studying. I have several courses on my desktop computer that I want to transfer to my tablet. So far, it hasn't fulfilled the purpose for which I bought it.

I have only had this item for a few days. So far it is extremely efficient and easy to use. I replaced the Tablet that was less than two years old because it would not recharge due to charging port on the Tablet not functioning properly. So far I find this product much easier to navigate and faster in booting up. I am extremely satisfied with the performance so far. The only problem I had was trying to transfer my old Tablets data apps to new tablet and that could be because of the issue with loose connection failing trying to transfer using the cable. I also have not been able to get the connection to my Bluetooth hearing aids to function but I'm still working on that issue.
