I have bought many over six months and it keeps my aquarium crystal clear. God price in large packs. Very effective for cleaning debris. I also use a vacuum to clean the bottom of both tanks at least once a month and use a water conditioner available here to keep it fresh. I mix my water ahead and store in gallon jugs so when my tanks need water added only treated(cleared of chemicals) water goes in. All supplies can be bought here. Very good product ... show more

I should have known that the price was too good for the value of this filters. There's not enough charcol on them, you can see thru it and it doesn't do the work of filtering the water correctly. I will keep them as it's a hassle to send back and will place one of them in front of the brand-names ones to extend their life and make them last longer, but I guess you get what you pay for. ... show more
