I like these filters for several reasons. They very sturdily constructed; not flimsy. They have a charcoal outer filter which improves the flavor of our water. The rubber gaskets on either end do not fall off while you're trying install them like the cheaper made filter often do. Good product in my opinion.

No local store carries the filters for my Dupont under-the-sink water filtration system, so I have to rely for online filters. We were purchasing Dupont filters from FiltersFast for years. With the last two shipments, every single water filter came damaged only I wasn't removing the shrink wrap to check them as soon as they arrived, so by the time we needed the filter, the 30-day return time frame was over. I took a risk and went away from the Dupont brand filters and tried these. They are fantastic. Perfect fit and they're doing a great job filtering our water. Plus, it was about 50% less than we'd been paying.

I had to run it a little longer than old filters to clear the charcoal but was not a big deal. Seemed to work as well a other filters and cheaper. They came quickly and in excellent condition. If they are still offering after these four I will probably buy again.

We use these in conjunction with a sediment filter for our camper. Not all campsites have pleasant water and these do a great job of removing the color, taste, and odor from sub par water supplies. I highly recommend them.

We have horrible city water, that can almost be orange at times because of the city pipes, so it is important to have a good filtration system for water coming into the house. We have used more f a paper filter in the past, this was a great improvement in the color and taste.
