TSIM worked for initial country visited and quit working when went from one country to another. Tried turning off the TSIM for a minute and then turning the TSIM card back on. Tried restarting the Apple 13. Had to reenter the TSIM pin each time. Sometimes TSIM would start working and then if used WiFi TSIM would not reconnect and would go thru same rigamarole to try to get working again. Sometimes success other times no success. Very frustrating. Note I turned off Data for my USA Verizon ESIM and left Verizon as the Primary Phone Service Provider. Verizon's phone/text service provider in Switzerland, Italy, Austria, and Germany worked great and assume Data would have worked seamlessly.

Second time using it - second time it delivered flawlessly. First time was September 2025, in France. Portugal and Turkey - worked flawlesley, just turned the phone on and had 5G data access. Second time, Nov 2025, this time in Spain and Ireland - again, worked flawlessly. Best advice - get the sim a week before your trip and activate it at least two days before you actual go , just to make sure your ESim is configured and everything is in place. once done - it works like magic.

I purchased this to go to 5 cities in Europe. The documentation list the USA and included the 5 European countries we wanted. Mainly wanted it for data connection to use for local information, GPS, and Uber. Main attraction was documentation said able to try in US before going to Europe - thumbs up. Overall this worked and was easy to install. Upon arrival in Europe I installed the SIM and it worked in both phone and data. Yay!! I used it for 3 weeks in Europe without issue. These are the good poonts and I think this SIM is a good value for the money. However there were some issues. First SMS doesn't work and didn't appear in the online info as that I read, but did in the information provided by the package I received. My phone was an Unlocked Moto G Play 2021. I could receive texts but could NOT send any. Odd and should be more clearly pointed out in Amazon description. Email got around this - not ideal but ok. The most noticeable issue was tech support. While state side I called and was looking for help on the US tech phone number. I could not get any useful help due to language/ heavy accent issues. I sent 2 emails to tech support and got no answers - not confidence inspiring. So the try and verify operation in US prior to trip didn't provide confidence l wanted and was some of the basis I purchased this SIM. Secondly some of the electronic responses where im mixed languages - not good. This product is Spanish based. Some responses were Spanish some where English. In these days one would think that based on information gleaned from correspondence or specifically selected- if that had been offered things much easier for me. Everytime we crossed a border I'd get 2 texts one in English welcoming me to the new country and a 2nd in Spanish that appeared to remind me about roaming data limits( remember the included documentation says does not support SMS ??) confusing and really irritating. So in the area of data connection it worked pretty well, in the area of SMS/MMS not so good and tech support was not reliable. If you are moderately cell phone tech savvy this seems to be a useable product with a few issues. If the SMS issue and tech communication language was better I'd give 5 stars.

I have a European trip from Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Greece and Croatia. I purchase 3 of this product. I was happy for the first 4 days while in Spain, then it didn’t work on the rest of the country I visited. I get a text starting in France that I have coverage for that country, But the ESim is not working. No coverage at all for the rest of the countries I visited after Spain. All 3 ESim I purchased only worked in Spain. I WOULDN'T recommend this product at all. And I want a refund.
