Terrible
Model: 13GB SIM Card
I bought the card to use in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. It was very slow and spotty in Germany and Austria, and I lost connection all the time. Apps like Google maps would not load at all. I ended up just using my cell phone and pay and daily fee. I was never able to any service at all in Switzerland. Customer service was useless. The only good thing was that I was able to make calls to the US.

LEGIT SIM CARD….THATS MY EXPERIENCE!

I hardly ever leave a review on Amazon however I have to say that this product is legit….this SIM card never disappointed me what so ever. I bought it when I was still in the US and wanted to use it in Europe, mainly Italy and Croatia, and sure enough it worked without any flaw. I set the activation date prior to flying to Italy with activation date start on the 2nd of July which is the date I landed in Italy. I was in Europe for exactly 28 days which is the maximum days this SIM card will remain active so long as there is still data to use. It never failed me as I’ve used approx 10 gigs of data in the 28 days and half of that usage was Google maps. (Just a note on data usage…. I supplemented my data usage using WiFi in all the places we stayed otherwise I’m sure I would have run out of data) Worked everywhere in Italy from lake Como to Roma and all in between….then flew into Zagreb and drove down the coast to Split and the islands and never failed me as well. I still had about 2.5 gigs left on the SIM card however the day of my travel back to the States happened to be the 28th day and that’s when it deactivated and this is clearly stated on the product - 28 days and 13 gigs - ….luckily I was on the train going back to the airport when that happened. That’s my experience with this product And to the user that gave this product one star!! It CLEARLY STATES under product detail “Only works with UNLOCKED phones” BRAVO BRAVO

Good but not perfect Signal

This is a SIM card from a Spanish company. The sad thing is there’s no way you can change the language when you want to check how many G left for your data. The local calls only have 30-50 minutes. And sometimes cannot be connected when you needed. The wireless connection is on and off from time to time. I was in Croatia, Italy and Norway, I would say there’s no signal 20% of the 30 days, especially after thunderstorms. I had to purchase data from other company.

Sims card didn't work for call and text and was in Spanish. I had to buy another one in Paris and paid more, but at least it worked. This product failed to work like it was offered

Best value for data global SIM

We decided to travel in 3 different countries in Europe. This SIM had the best price for the service. 13GB of 5G data for 28 days. Activation was super easy, used the provider link added SIN SN, selected date, done. Must schedule activation 24hrs before traveling. Must enable DATA ROAMING in settings. I activated the card at 6 pm, next morning it was already working when we arrived to our destination. Internet speedtest 30-50mbps down and 10-20mbps upload. I believe you able to receive SMS but not send it, who cares I use Whatsapp anyways. Didn't try calling. Again I use Whatsapp, so do all my friends and everyone in Europe. It's perfect if you only need data.

Doesn’t work it’s a rip off

Biggest rip off, once you activate it in Europe you get a Spanish text but no phone #. Doesn’t work at all don’t waste of money. I got stuck believing I would have use of my unlocked phone. Had to buy a expensive plan in Europe instead. So again DONT BUY THIS JUNK !

Works fine but poor customer service

Not the greatest speeds but reasonably usable in most cases. As advertised, you can test this physical SIM card in the US before arrival in Europe to ensure you can “hit the ground running”. It also works fine with a Wifi hotspot device (not a real phone) such as a Huawei one which I own. I used this mostly in Portugal and coverage doesn’t seem to be a problem even in rural areas but don’t expect it to work deep in old stone buildings. It’s not a limitation of the card or the device (the Wifi hotspot device) as I faced similar reception issues directly on my phone. Activation of the card was pretty quick, even though they said it will take 24 hours. It took only about 3 hours for me but maybe because I did this while it was daytime / working hours in Europe. But key caveats: • You must activate the SIM card in the US before arrival in Europe in order to test this card • Service is provided by Vodafone Spain • Because it is a Vodafone Spain service, you get the most talk time and data limits when in Spain as it’s not considered roaming. It seems you will have 60GB data limit when using this SIM card in Spain compared to other European countries • Upon reaching the service limits provided by this card, tSIM support will NOT help you with “recharge” / “top up” of the card. This, you’re left with either buying another SIM card or recharging in €5 increments on Vodafone Spain’s website (Google for “Vodafone Spain data top up” to find it) AND THEN you need to contact them (I used the WhatsApp number listed on the bottom of their recharge page) and asked them to allocate the amount of money you paid towards the data, otherwise it’s only for talk time. There’s no way to do this on their website unless you download the app, and register a login. You also need to register your name to the SIM card in order for you to be “authorized” to make the requested changes from Vodafone Spain support. I provided screenshots of the Amazon purchase invoice, picture of the actual SIM card with the serial / PIN / PUK numbers to prove my ownership, then a picture of my passport’s photo page to get it registered under my name. This was a drawn out and frustrating process but if you follow these steps, it won’t take you as long as I did. • The €10 “recharge” gives you, according to Vodafone Spain support: “And we can activate this 10€ tariff for 28 days 10€ = 60 GB in Spain (13GB Roaming only in Europe and UK) + unlimited minutes in Spain + 500 international minutes” Giving this only 3 stars because of the limited information provided in the product listing and very poor customer service.
