TSIM worked for initial country visited and quit working when went from one country to another. Tried turning off the TSIM for a minute and then turning the TSIM card back on. Tried restarting the Apple 13. Had to reenter the TSIM pin each time. Sometimes TSIM would start working and then if used WiFi TSIM would not reconnect and would go thru same rigamarole to try to get working again. Sometimes success other times no success. Very frustrating. Note I turned off Data for my USA Verizon ESIM and left Verizon as the Primary Phone Service Provider. Verizon's phone/text service provider in Switzerland, Italy, Austria, and Germany worked great and assume Data would have worked seamlessly.

I purchased this to go to 5 cities in Europe. The documentation list the USA and included the 5 European countries we wanted. Mainly wanted it for data connection to use for local information, GPS, and Uber. Main attraction was documentation said able to try in US before going to Europe - thumbs up. Overall this worked and was easy to install. Upon arrival in Europe I installed the SIM and it worked in both phone and data. Yay!! I used it for 3 weeks in Europe without issue. These are the good poonts and I think this SIM is a good value for the money. However there were some issues. First SMS doesn't work and didn't appear in the online info as that I read, but did in the information provided by the package I received. My phone was an Unlocked Moto G Play 2021. I could receive texts but could NOT send any. Odd and should be more clearly pointed out in Amazon description. Email got around this - not ideal but ok. The most noticeable issue was tech support. While state side I called and was looking for help on the US tech phone number. I could not get any useful help due to language/ heavy accent issues. I sent 2 emails to tech support and got no answers - not confidence inspiring. So the try and verify operation in US prior to trip didn't provide confidence l wanted and was some of the basis I purchased this SIM. Secondly some of the electronic responses where im mixed languages - not good. This product is Spanish based. Some responses were Spanish some where English. In these days one would think that based on information gleaned from correspondence or specifically selected- if that had been offered things much easier for me. Everytime we crossed a border I'd get 2 texts one in English welcoming me to the new country and a 2nd in Spanish that appeared to remind me about roaming data limits( remember the included documentation says does not support SMS ??) confusing and really irritating. So in the area of data connection it worked pretty well, in the area of SMS/MMS not so good and tech support was not reliable. If you are moderately cell phone tech savvy this seems to be a useable product with a few issues. If the SMS issue and tech communication language was better I'd give 5 stars.

For me it worked perfectly during my trip to Iceland in late May. The phone connection was good and the amount of data exceeds any demand. One drawback is that some messages from the provider were in Spanish but this does not present any real problem in the modern world.

I bought the card to use in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. It was very slow and spotty in Germany and Austria, and I lost connection all the time. Apps like Google maps would not load at all. I ended up just using my cell phone and pay and daily fee. I was never able to any service at all in Switzerland. Customer service was useless. The only good thing was that I was able to make calls to the US.

Not the greatest speeds but reasonably usable in most cases. As advertised, you can test this physical SIM card in the US before arrival in Europe to ensure you can “hit the ground running”. It also works fine with a Wifi hotspot device (not a real phone) such as a Huawei one which I own. I used this mostly in Portugal and coverage doesn’t seem to be a problem even in rural areas but don’t expect it to work deep in old stone buildings. It’s not a limitation of the card or the device (the Wifi hotspot device) as I faced similar reception issues directly on my phone. Activation of the card was pretty quick, even though they said it will take 24 hours. It took only about 3 hours for me but maybe because I did this while it was daytime / working hours in Europe. But key caveats: • You must activate the SIM card in the US before arrival in Europe in order to test this card • Service is provided by Vodafone Spain • Because it is a Vodafone Spain service, you get the most talk time and data limits when in Spain as it’s not considered roaming. It seems you will have 60GB data limit when using this SIM card in Spain compared to other European countries • Upon reaching the service limits provided by this card, tSIM support will NOT help you with “recharge” / “top up” of the card. This, you’re left with either buying another SIM card or recharging in €5 increments on Vodafone Spain’s website (Google for “Vodafone Spain data top up” to find it) AND THEN you need to contact them (I used the WhatsApp number listed on the bottom of their recharge page) and asked them to allocate the amount of money you paid towards the data, otherwise it’s only for talk time. There’s no way to do this on their website unless you download the app, and register a login. You also need to register your name to the SIM card in order for you to be “authorized” to make the requested changes from Vodafone Spain support. I provided screenshots of the Amazon purchase invoice, picture of the actual SIM card with the serial / PIN / PUK numbers to prove my ownership, then a picture of my passport’s photo page to get it registered under my name. This was a drawn out and frustrating process but if you follow these steps, it won’t take you as long as I did. • The €10 “recharge” gives you, according to Vodafone Spain support: “And we can activate this 10€ tariff for 28 days 10€ = 60 GB in Spain (13GB Roaming only in Europe and UK) + unlimited minutes in Spain + 500 international minutes” Giving this only 3 stars because of the limited information provided in the product listing and very poor customer service.

Second time using it - second time it delivered flawlessly. First time was September 2025, in France. Portugal and Turkey - worked flawlesley, just turned the phone on and had 5G data access. Second time, Nov 2025, this time in Spain and Ireland - again, worked flawlessly. Best advice - get the sim a week before your trip and activate it at least two days before you actual go , just to make sure your ESim is configured and everything is in place. once done - it works like magic.

I could not get either card to work. The intent was to have both phones (my Android and my wife's iPhone) work on vacation in Ireland and the UK. SoI bought two of these cards. These cards claimed I could set them up in the US before travel and verify function. We could not get them to work either in the US or overseas. The instructions are horrible, the messages you hear when you misdial are in fast-paced Spanish, and I wasted a huge amount of time trying before we gave up and tithed the $200 each to Xfinity to use their service overseas, which worked very well at $10 per day. Ouch! Perhaps you need to be a PHD in computer science of telecommunications to figure it out, but I am only a lowly degreed EE with 30 years experience, and I'm too stupid for the minimal user documentation provided.
