I bought this for my living room and another set for a bedroom. I put the longer set up first and I was amazed with the sturdiness of the brackets and I pressed with the thickness of the actual rod. The one for the bedroom I measured incorrectly so in my haste I ran to BEdbath for the right size. When I got home and started trying to install from BBB - it was flimsy, the Molly snapped on me three times, the brackets were crap and the unit was almost $20 more than this one! I finally gave up and just ordered another one of these in the right size. Bottom line - measure correctly and just get these. They’re well worth it ... show more

I set up two of these a while back on my covered patio and they look fantastic. The other day I was changing out to heavier curtains and broke one of the brackets when I dropped the rod. I emailed customer service asking if I could buy just the bracket and they sent me two for free immediately. Will definitely use this company in the future. Very impressed! ... show more

Arrived missing some key components (ordered the 144-168 Inch with 4 Brackets). Contacted seller directly for replacement parts and they were very helpful and professional with speedy replacements. Brackets installed using drywall anchors, feels very sturdy. Instructions easy to follow. The wall brackets are also long so the rod sits away from the windows a bit, which offers a very nice look to the overall setup. The rod and brackets are sturdy metal, not plastic, feels like quality. The rod end pieces are not over the top either, nice and simple design.
