This glass drink server is solid and durable. I have used the infuser tube to make cold brew coffee, which came out perfect. I have also been using this jug for making sun tea. It cleans easily and I have yet to find any issues with it. The dispenser valve is strong and works well every time. Every gasket seals like it should and the jug does not leak. We wanted something to replace our plastic gallon pitcher and found this item. The glass was thicker than anticipated which was nice. Made it feel alot sturdier. The dispenser is actual metal not just plastic with a chrome/aluminum look. It does include a wrench to remove the dispenser, a diffuser for teas or cold brews as it says. Something I didn't realize it came with was a silicone cover for the bottom of the glass container. Definitely reduced the sound when placing it down and gave that extra cushion. Easy to clean. It has a large opening at then top, so your able to fit your hand inside easily. Awesome product.

This gallon iced coffee maker came with a cool slip cover for the bottom to keep it in place, a brush to clean the filter and a tool to tighten the spigot if needed. I originally gave it 3 stars because it was great but the spigot only spit out the iced coffee and it took a while to refill. The company reached out to remedy the situation. Come to find out it was user error. When you have the lid on tightly, the spigot doesn’t flow. Loosen the lid and let that delicious coffee or tea fly out into your cup! It is super easy to maintain and keep clean as well. No grounds in my coffee, which I was surprised about. 10/10 would recommend to others. Customer service is fabulous!!

I love the quality of this Glass Carafe. I am happy with it, and I have experienced some leaking until I did the what I mention at the bottom. I think of this as more of a quality DIY kitchenware appliance. The glass is thick and spout is stainless. My lid screws on fine, however if you have trouble try the counter clockwise turn trick. Turn the lid counter clockwise until it pops down, then turn it clockwise. Everything is made pretty cleanly (no weird overly engineered pieces) You get stainless steel spout and lid, thick glass, and semi-stiff rubber washers. I've used this for about 1 year, I clean it each time I use it, however I noticed mold growing on the rubber (like it always does), which started to affect taste. Mainly the inside part where the rubber meets the glass and metal, where you can't clean well. So I noticed that this product is put together rather simply. I unscrewed the spout off and removed all components. I was able to do this with my fingers alone, one hand inside and one hand outside. I took all pieces and washed them. You'll see this that glass carafe just has a hole drilled into it, be careful. After reassembling the pieces I removed I made sure that it was tight, but not too tight. I didn't need to use a tool for this. Just held the flat parts of inside and spinned the spout clockwise to tighten. I made sure it was snug. If you use a tool, be careful not to over tighten or you could crack the glass, it's not that the glass is fragile, but the metal and screwing forces applied is definitely stronger than the glass that this compromised with the hole drilled into it. Ever since I've done this, I never have any leaks. I'll say this is partly the manufacturer's fault, but I assumed they don't tighen the spout fully or perhaps it was dislodged in transit. PLEASE NOTE, THE SPOUT CAN STILL BE TURNED EVEN WHEN FULLY TIGHT. The plastic on glass is slippery enough to still spin even when fully tightened. I hope this helps. Enjoy.

I’m not big on coffee (did try making cold brew in this and it worked well) but this product is wonderful for cold-brewing green tea to keep in my fridge! It’s sturdy, the tap doesn’t leak, and the lid is fairly easy to operate with one hand to allow a little air in when pouring. Love this product!

I was skeptical about this jar upon ordering it. We wanted a glass jar to make iced tea in and be able to open the fridge door and dispense a tasty beverage. The spout is a metal spout with quality O-Rings to prevent leaks. The glass is thick and I'm not worried about it cracking if something were to bump into it. The infuser is metal with a very fine mesh. We use loose leaf tea and we don't have a problem with loose tea showing up in our glass. The infuser is also large to accommodate cucumber or fruits to make flavored water. When it arrived, the metal lid was cross threaded, but that was the only problem we encountered. I am extremely pleased with the quality of this jar. If any problems do arise, I will revise my review. Yes I recommend this product.

Let me first address that this review is an honest review and not a promates review and I am not by any means affiliated with this company. I have to address that because there is nothing worse than fake reviews. I have owned this thing since 2022 and I make cold brew about once a week at home. The glass is very thick and the filter does get coffee grounds stuck in them but a good brush will take care of that. The spout does leak the residual left over cold brew slowly but that is to be expected with any spout. I place a very small container under the spout to prevent it from splashing in my fridge. I have never banged it while washing it so it hasn't broken on me yet but if it does I won't have a problem buying this product again. If your on the fence with all the negative reviews take it from someone who has used it for over 2 years without any problems. Just don't bang it around and you should be fine. I hope this review helps.
