I dislike the product and customer support is non existent. I received the NC20i bill counter on Jan3,2021 in a broken state. The money doesn’t get pulled in from the hopper, wheel seems to be jammed. I emailed customer support several of times with no reply. Not sure how this thing is getting 5 star reviews. Out of the 10 times i put it in, only 4/10 of the times will it be counted correctly. Anything that counts it that badly should not be used as a money counting machine. Not sure if it is because it is old bills but this doesn't do the job

not worth the hassle it is very incovenient to get a hold of support. I bought this machine it is skiping bills not reading its value at all. I tried getting in contact with the maker via wasapp they answer at around 2:30 am I guess since they are in another country there is a time difference they've send me videos to whatch how this machine should be working however it does not solve the issue. ... show more
