This is a good product for it's money. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't tell you how much money you have. It only tells you how many bills you have so you multiply that by the bill you put in.

The media could not be loaded. This is a super convenient and cool money counting machine. It is rechargable and can be used anywhere without electricity. So easy to setup and use. I basically took it out of the book, plugged it in, turned it on and opened up the front. I did not need any instructions but there are some provided as well as the online video which is really good and helpful. The machine had no issues counting my money with accuracy. I did not have fake bills to run through but it will defect counterfeit bills. I like the fact that I can select a bulk number and it will count to it and stop. It does not total the dollar amount being counted but if you put all $20s, $10s or $5 it will count them accurately. The carrying case is very durable and convenient to carry the machine and you don't have to take the machine out of the case to use. I highly recommend for anyone doing road shows, outside sales or an event where you are collecting money and need to count it quickly. We love this machine. ... show more

Ok, its a pretty nice option if you have to count money on the go. it can hold a charge up to about 3 days and it is pretty accurate for being so portable. I think that's the most important feature obviously so in that sense it works great. I have only been using it a few weeks but so far it works like a champ. 8/10 I would recommend it. The media could not be loaded. The Frifreego Battery Operated Bill Counter Machine is a great practical idea for many bill-counting applications. This machine is excellent for poker or counting lots of cash to put under your pillow. I was delighted to test this machine, but I ran into a couple of SNAFUs while testing. The machine is quick and powerful and has many features. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience counting bills. The machine does not like worn or wrinkled bills, even slightly. When counting newer bills from the bank, the machine performed perfectly. When counting mixed bills from change shopping mixed with banknotes, the machine choked and ate a couple of bills. Maybe my machine needs to get broken in a bit more before it will accept bills that are not perfectly crisp, flat, and new. Despite these drawbacks, I still recommend this product to anyone who wants a battery-operated portable bill counter. Just keep in mind that it doesn't like older worn money. The machine's weight is manageable but a tad heavy to lug around without a nice bag, duffel, or backpack. When the money jams, it is easy to unjam the money, but sometimes it rips the bills. The battery lasts long, and the bill counter can also be plugged into a power receptacle for extended money-counting sessions and recharging. I think this is a great product for hobby, fun, and personal use. Still, I do not recommend it for professional, critical bill-counting activities because it is finicky compared to commercial quality bank counters. ... show more

    • Decent performance for a portable bill counter
Every now and then you're going to have to count a bunch of cash. I've got a high end, full featured bill counter at my office but thought a portable one would be a good thing to have. This battery powered one works really well for what it is--it has a decent battery life, counts reasonably fast and is very accurate. I haven't used this functionality, but it can also be used for counting tickets. I haven't had any problems with jamming or poor performance. Pretty simple bill counter, but useful and performs well. I purchased this portable currency counter for an outside event. I was more than disappointed. Bills got stuck several times. The amount of time I spent fixing and adjusting the machine, I could have counted by hand. Would NOT recommend.
