This was a great purchase for our establishment. We sell a lot of pizzas and the speed of this oven reduces the wait time by half! We have only had it about 10 days and all is well. The only downside is the manual is very vague and limited in information. The bulb has already burnt out and it's difficult to get at to change it or see what type is needed to replace. No info on the bulb in the small manual. I find the lighting important so customers and staff can watch the pizza cooking. I would recommend this product overall. I will be reaching out to manufacturer for bulb info.

Excelente horno ,para el q lo sabe usar ,la temperatura del horno está en grados Celsius, aquí en estados unidos es fahrenheit tienen q hacer la conversión y así les quedará bien horneados los productos, ejemplo 180 C es igual a 356 F

I think its instructions say to install with professional?? Need to get a rack holder that can hold it and roll it around. Need to get utensils for it , not gotten chance to use it yet might wait until do a patio cook outside? Its bigger than i thought.

What dose oil level mean in directions? And what wire for the screw in back of oven? I didn't get a wire?. Also this oven has a protective covering to protect finish you have to remove protective covering like an adhesive plastic. The directions don't mention this at least mine didn't. Overall it seems to work fine I just received it so I'll cook a pizza in it and give more details. It's big very big it's industrial size.I want to know what they are saying about the wire and oil level?

Pretty disappointed in the oven. First, it's made for Europe as the temp is in Celsius. Second, the temperature fluctuates. We've had a hard time with a consistent bake. Third, I can't find how to get replacement parts. The stone plate in the bottom oven cracked! So essentially, we're down to one oven now. You'd think we could order a new one, but I can't find out how to get a hold of anyone! Disappointed!
