These barstools are the best. Assembly was easy once the “hidden” bolts were found in the frame. Superstar customer service - in these days of mediocrity with many, Zuri was exceptional. Very comfortable as well. They are the highlight of our remodel.

These stools were expensive but they seem sturdy and are comfortable for a short time, they swivel and look fairly nice. Not sure if they are worth the money yet since I've only had them for a month. The instructions do not tell you that the screws for the gas operated lift are inside the tube so that delayed us from putting them together for a couple of days. Bought 3 bar stools with black seats. I was very impressed with the quality. The height adjustability and seat swivel has exactly what we needed. They arrived very well packed and were easy to assemble. We had an issue with one of the chairs where the gas-spring lost the ability to stay in place, but I can't say enough about how well Zuri Furniture handled the issue. Anthony from their customer service team quickly returned my email and was very attentive and timely throughout the process of getting spare parts shipped out to me at no cost. Issues can happen with any product, but how the manufacturer handles those issues makes all the difference. I highly recommend these Zuri bar stools. ... show more
