The directions are easy to follow and straight forward, it took about two-three hours to assemble with two people who have never put furniture together. No squeaks, it did come damaged but it’s hardly noticeable.

Got the king-size. It's not straight. the welds can be seen and they are not inline. I had to bend the top center down a little bit just to straighten it up. I'm glad I only got this for the guest room because I have kicked the legs every time I have made the bed, and my toes have had enough of that activity. Love how much room is under the bed for storage though. Most totes go under with no issue. It's low enough that i can have it under the window without it touching the window sill. ... show more

This bed is perfect for our room! I was looking for something with that modern farmhouse feel, and this did the job! It was inexpensive but very well made. Does not squeak! It took my husband one hour to put together (although he’s experienced in putting beds and furniture together, so perhaps a bit longer for someone inexperienced). I love the look of this bed. It’s high enough for storage underneath and yet not so high I need to climb into it. I managed to put it together by myself without too much trouble. There was one section where I couldn’t get the screws to line up but I think if I had a 2nd person it would have been fine. I just didn’t have the strength alone. The bed itself is nice and quiet. No squeaks. It does seem to scratch very easily. I scratched it a few times during assembly. But once it was all made up you cannot see it. Overall, great bed for the price. My husband and I are elderly did not realize till after we put it together the dent ,much too hard for us to take apart and send back. Maybe we could possibly get some type of credit , I’m happy to be off the floor now and on the bed frame
