I love this little frother! So easy to use. I heat my milk up in the microwave for about a minute. Then I whisk away with cup held sideways (this is important so it doesn't fly out of the cup.) Be sure to allow room in your coffee cup also. I use less than a 1/3 of a cup of milk but the whisking really adds volume. And walah, a wonderful flat white or latte. Sometimes I add a bit of mocha caramel coffee flavoring to add some zest. Sure beats paying for these drinks at a popular store where a small flat white is almost $5. And it actually recommends using low cal miIk. I like this much better than a container frother that I had to wash out every time and it still started to smell like sour milk no matter how well I cleaned it. This product works great & is one of the most used items in our kitchen. However, when lifting the product from its holder it can easily get caught on the prongs & accidentally drop onto the floor. Anytime this product hits the ground it will stop working. This happened to our first Zulay frother, but we reached out to the customer service team & they provided us a new one under the lifetime warranty given when purchasing this product. We had our new one for about two weeks & it was dropped again. We realized which piece gets messed up when it’s dropped & fixed it. The piece is the battery connector on the outer most battery where my thumb is pointing. Just use some sort of tool to pull it back down a bit & it should work again. But again: great customer service team, lifetime warranty, & when powered the product works great. ... show more

Whoa - how did I, coffee-lover that I am, ever live without a milk foamer? This gadget is fantastic -- right out of the box, it foamed cold milk for me in our office kitchen. You only need to use a little bit of milk - I used too much and had a veritable mountain of cold foamed milk to spoon over my Nespresso hot brew. I dialed it back thereafter and now it makes the proper amount. This little foamer is very, very efficient - it brings your cold milk to soft peaks within a couple of seconds. This little milk foamer works great! I got it for the coffee shop I work at. I needed to make cold foam for a special we were running. It mixes syrup into milk very well and foams milk in no time. It comes with a stand which I wasn't aware of when ordering but I am so glad it did! I do wish the stand was weighted on the bottom to help keep the product from knocking over. This Frother is something I use every day, and after 6 mo when it stopped working, the company immediately responded with a way to replace it. The new one came in a day and works even better. I really appreciate Zulay caring about my attachment to this device and getting it replaced so quickly with an even better version. All their items have lifetime warranties and this Frother works fantastic, and it's really affordable. I use it for my coffee and tea and it's really nice for getting sugar to dissolve. I drink a glass of juice or a fruit smoothie with a tablespoon of Psyllium husks every day - I was getting tired of spending too much time getting rid of the lumps of dried husk and then the juice would get too thick as that's what Psyllium does. Along came the Zulay Milk Frother. It whisks the husks so that the lumps are completely gone and I can chug it down quickly and easily. To clean, I pop in soapy warm water, run it for a few seconds and pop it back in the handy dandy little stand that comes with the whisk. I don't drink coffee so can't attest to it's milk frothing capabilities, but I'm going camping soon and plan to bring it along to use on hot chocolate. This is our 2nd milk frother - the 1st one from a diff brand lacked enought power to froth hot or cold milk after 30s-1 min. This one whips up a good froth consistently and is easy to use. My only gripe is I wish the head would detach to make cleaning easier but a quick rinse under hot water and its ready for next use. It worked great at first, almost too good but seemed to lose power gradually. I only use it to froth my creamer at the bottom of my cup before I place the cup in the Kuerig so it doesn't have to work especially hard. It just quit for good after one year exactly. It goes through batteries almost every month or less. I will be contacting the seller or manufacturer. *Customer Service Rep was super helpful and is sending a replacement without the need to return mine.
