Wow. This milk frother changed my life. I was drifting sadly in a river of post partum blahs when I saw this item on Amazon. Wistfully remembering the days of lattes and cappuccino, I clicked the buy now button. The next day dawned cold and dreary as I climbed desolate from my bed. Peering through the blinds, I saw the Amazon delivery truck driving away. Stumbling downstairs in exhaustion, my bunny slippers kept rhythm as I made my way to the front door. Chilling wind tried to stop me but I persevered. Back in my kitchen, I struggled to open the box. Once the tape was overcome, my treasure was before me. 2 batteries were quickly inserted. Words of ancient wisdom on the box bade me heat oatmilk gently..then swirl to frothy perfection. The whirring of the metal mesmerized me and my small dog. She for once forgot her barking as the aroma of strong coffee and frothing dairy milk alternatives floated lovingly through my kitchen. Softly..tenderly...I poured the oaty foam into a large ceramic mug...and tipped the rich black coffee in as well..letting them swirl together in ecstasy. After a pause to admire the majestic beauty, I raised the cup to my lips. Angels sang as waves of tranquil ecstasy filled my being. By the second sip, I became a better wife, mother, and neighbor. As I savored the last frothy drop of delight , I began to see patterns of logic and realized the answer to life ..the universe...and everything. My heightened consciousness was reminiscent of Charlie before Algernons fall.

update 02/04/2020: seller contacted me after submitting a 'warranty' on this product. They sent me a new frother that works SOOOOO much better. Sometimes you get the dud, but the company made it right and that is appreciated. Upgrading to 5 stars! This absolutely sucks. Doesn't matter how thick or thin the liquid you're trying to blend is, as soon as it is submerged it loses all power. Don't waste your money.

I did not know I needed this in my life. I saw a video of someone obsessed with the drink, London fog (earl grey tea, vanilla & milk), and she offhandedly mentioned you can easily make your own if you get a frother. Thank you other reviewers for ranking this so high. At home I mostly make different versions of drip coffee because frothers seemed so “extra”. So to put this little guy together, you do need 2 double A batteries. It comes with a little stand. I made a very strong drip coffee (blue bottle Bella Donovan), warmed up whole milk in the microwave, stuck the frother in the middle of the milk, wiggled it around a bit, and poured it into my mug. Added 3 tsp of sugar, I like it sweet, it was so good!!! So perfect. Plus the side of the box has a QR code with a link to some recipes, a coupon and it automatically registers your warranty. Pretty awesome! I’ve only made 1 drink but I’m super excited for future matcha lattes and practicing latte art. Also! my coffee shop costs like $5 almost $6 for a latte, I’m lactose intolerant so every latte I have to pay $0.70 more. I just hate that, overall this will save me money and I get my cozy, caffeine fix in the comfort of my own home!

I love this it has awesome power and it is small so easy to store also. My hands don't mix my mct powder well so it's been clumping, this solves that issue no clumping. My coffee is perfect every time in seconds.
