Installation was super easy, and I did it myself in under 15 minutes. It looks sleek, feels high quality, and honestly makes me look forward to my showers even more. I purchased this for a master bath renovation. The moment I saw it installed, I was very impressed. Nothing cheap about it. The handheld wand is solid and honest lo y could be used as a weapon if any intruders surprise you while you're in the shower. I wish the water pressure was a little better and I've noticed that my pressure is slowly getting lower. Water isn't coming out of the top two rows of the showerhead, but this may be an easy fix. Overall, it's a good product.

Very happy with this shower system purchase. Classy and have had zero issues for the last month since we finished our renovation. I did request two additional flange covers from the vendor to cap/cover the handheld faucet. They sent them in a week free of charge.

The shower looks good and may prove to be a nice but: I did not want to purchase a refurbished mixer and searched around amazon until I was sure I was paying extra to have a NEW item. As you can see in the photo, amazon sent me a 'renewed' item (and thanked me for giving the item a second life). That would not have been horrible, I would have appreciated a refund to the refurbish cost, but there was ALSO a missing piece. Sumarain has let me know they will send me a replacement piece after they receive an email from me - so we will see. As for the mixer, construction looks solid, installation (except for the missing piece) went well.
