Really nice fit. Easy to install. I like that it cannot be opened without opening the tailgate. If your tailgate locks, the cover will be secure. No cover is completely water tight. Have not tested it with a wash or rain yet but judging from how it looks, I bet this is one of the best covers when it comes to keeping your cargo dry. Looks great on the truck. Very happy with my purchase. Plus saved $100 by purchasing on Amazon vs one of the other online truck accessory dealers. For installation, read the printed directions AND watch the YouTube video. First of all - the product arrived early - I wasn’t expecting it for two more day. The packaging was well thought out - everything arrived intact. Installation was very straightforward. Please read the entire review...I looked at this for quite a while. It has a fairly solid following and gets pretty good ratings. I looked at this and other similar products; some costing up to $150 less, before deciding to go with his unit. It wasn't as easy to install as I expected and it didn't fit as well as I expected. But the one thing I was most concerned about was it's ability to keep the water out and that's where it failed quite miserably. Water poured into the bed during a pretty good rainstorm the day I installed the cover. And, of course, the water rolled right to the front of the bed. I reached out to the manufacturer about this specific issue and will hope for some solution to the severe leak, but I'm not holding my breath. Well, my attempt to reach the manufacturer did not get a prompt reply. However, I came in contact with a regional rep for BAK Industries through social media. I described the problem to him and, after a couple of interactions, they sent me a complete new cover and it fit perfectly. So I will go on record and fully endorse this product. ... show more

Bought this for my 2022 F250. Installation took under 2 hours. Helps to have a second set of hands. Had it a few months now. It looks nice and it is really solid. Doesn’t bend much at all if weight is put on top of it. Locks pretty well and can be latched with the tailgate up or down. Only negative I noticed was that when I’m on the highway, the cover lifts a couple inches at the joint between the 1st and 2nd panel from the cab. There is no latch that locks the first panel in place. Not sure yet how to solve that problem. ... show more

After watching a youtube video, it took me about 45 minutes to install. It came to my house on time and in one box. All parts were there and it wasn’t difficult at all. Great product that will protect my property in the bed of my Ford F250 truck. Looks great too!

    • After several Bakflips, wanted to try a Bak Revolver. Major design flaw

The product installed easily and looks great. The day after I installed it however, I went and picked up a ton of #57 gravel. A small amount of gravel fell into the lock track on the passenger side of the bed preventing the cover from locking when closed. To clear the gravel, I had to remove the entire passenger side rail, and completely disassemble the locking system. I really like the way the cover looks and functions, however that issue would prevent me from purchasing again or recommending to anyone who actually uses their truck as a truck. I will stick with the Bak-flip in the future. ... show more

    • Much better than solid panels especially for 8 foot bed

We have a BAK cover on our 6 foot bed that is solid panels, and we have this BAK revolver on our 8 foot bed. When you get to the last panel its pretty hard to lift it all the way open. if we had solid panels on an 8 ft bed we would probably need to leave the last two panels down as it would be too heavy to lift. This rolling system doesn't gain much weight since you are actually rolling it. I like the rolling much better than the flat panels. IT is critical you install it perfectly due to how the locking rail works, but once you have it installed it works great. I've had it about 6-7 months now and zero problems. Just wish it were about half the cost ($600 would be better than the $1,200 I paid although as of Jan 2024 it seems to be $1,100. Overall I would buy it again. ... show more
