Ive been looking for a handheld frother, but I was having a hard time deciding. So, I decided to test 3 different brands: Zulay (original), Bean Envy, & SIMPLETaste. Here's my thoughts: Zulay and Bean Envy appear to be the EXACT SAME product (see pictures). Each company clearly just stamped their own logo on it. Because they're the same (im assuming)-both have lifetime warranties, a nice strong whisk + stand, and are priced roughly the same. I also really liked the smooth feel of the material. It felt/looked high quality. What I didn't like was: 1. That you have to hold down the button the entire "frothing" time, which is awkward and uncomfortable, 2. The batteries were hard to get in/out (and NOT included), and 3. There was a weird smell coming from the motor when I used it. For SIMPLETaste: It was slightly bigger, with a longer whisk, and had a lower cost. With that said, it was made with a plastic that caused it to look/feel cheaper, and I'm not sure the whisk was as strong as the other two brands. There is also a much shorter warranty offered. What I liked: 1. On/off button for the frother that you didn't have to hold down, 2. Batteries were easy to get in/out (plus they were included with the purchase) 3. The slightly longer whisk made it easier to go deeper into liquid. In the end, I'm keeping the SIMPLETaste because the on/off button and longer whisk were important features to me. Plus, the strange smell coming from the other brands motor, was off-putting. Either way, there's not a huge price difference between the three, so it's important for you to decide what features/ aspects matter most to you and go from there. ... show more

The frother is strong and super cute. It works well to make whip cream for my Matcha lattes but when I tried it with almond milk I just bought, it did not froth. I was bummed out because I read reviews where others did get froth from almond milk. It will froth milk, skim, half & half & heavy cream. For me it takes at least 2-3 minutes to get my heavy cream to turn to whip cream and it takes a good 1 minute to froth any dairy I have. Most say it does it in seconds but not mine. Maybe there is some trick to the almond milk I do not know about. I will recommend this to others. A good value period. I love their warranty if anything goes wrong. I made Dalgona today and this frother whipped it up in seconds 😮 and I was in shock. My other frother would take 3 mins to whip up. This one did it literally in seconds!!!! Amazing 🤩 ... show more

I had this product now for a month or more and using it everyday. At first it worked perfectly so much that my wife told me that it is the best gadget I ever bought. In the last two weeks though I had problem starting the device. I press and press and only after quite a few tries the engine starts to work. I changed batteries and all but it doesn't seem to improve. Nevertheless, when the device works it is perfect, it froths milk and coffee the way I like. I bought this for matcha lattes because a whisk wasn't quite cutting it, and although I was still left with tiny clumps (my bad for not sifting the matcha first), it quickly produced a cloud-like foam double the size of the liquid. This product is very nice looking, works great, the holder is not as stable as I would like, but it is functional. The bottom of the base needs more weight so it is harder to knock over. I was just looking for a simple frother to make matcha lattes at home and to help give my wallet a break from the coffee shops. It doe exactly what it's supposed to. Great color selections. I went back and forth until I settled on the mint colored one. Love the color. Now, this is my second one. The first one I ordered came damaged and dirty. But I requested an exchange and my second one came fast and in perfect condition. It's a fun little wire wisk on a motor that does make nice froth and will actually mix eggs for an omelet, but is, of course, underpowered for that and mixing driveway sealer or concreter. Used for its intended purpose, it is fast, easy to clean and we just leave on the counter, because of its frequent use. I really thought, why? But now I look for fun ways to put it to use.
