Don’t usually write reviews, but had to let everyone know about this awesome little tool. It just arrived, and I immediately put it to the test. It whipped up the milk in 5 seconds! It did not just froth the milk (I used skimmed) it was so thick you would have thought it was stiffly beaten egg whites. I then proceeded to make Dolgona coffee. My mistake was not stopping the whipping process soon enough, but I had a beautifully whipped mixture that was so thick it could be eaten with a spoon. The only mess I had was turning it on under running water to clean it (as recommended), so I splashed water all over the sink. I am totally pleased with this purchase and the price was reasonable. This frother has been great so far. I don't use it to froth milk, I use it to mix my Kachava smoothie and it works surprisingly well, even though the powder can be very thick. There is just one thing I wanted to share that I didn’t notice before purchasing. You can’t stand it up. I had a previous frother that had a flat bottom, and I could stand it up on the counter. This one is angled and only lays down horizontally to store.

However, it is a very strong whisker and if you’re not careful, it will splatter everything everywhere make sure that you don’t put too much liquid in your cup or what you’re trying to foam I often use it for my Matcha lattes and it really blends nicely. We bought this to replace one from another brand, which had died. We were surprised at how well this one worked - much better than the previous one, making dense milk foam very quickly. It worked great for 6 months, and then died - maybe a simple failure or maybe we accidentally let it sit on a wet counter and water seeped inside. No idea. First, we had been so happy with it that we ordered a new one from Amazon. Second, we reached out to the company through the Amazon link and I was very pleased that they not only replied quickly (within 24 hours) but offered to send me a replacement for the cost of the shipping, and just a few days, and $6.50 later, we had a spare at the house.
