**Updated Review: I wrote the below review a little while, then (without me requesting it) the vendor reached out to me wanting to resolve my issue, I explained the situation and they replaced my unit in a timely manner. I already received my replacement which works well just like the first one. It is rare to get such great customer support these days, for that and the fact that for the price you do get a good product, I will buy from this vendor again. *Worked well but only last a couple of months* Stopped working after 2 months (used no more than 7-8 times), even tried changing to fresh batteries. It was working well "while it worked" for the price....hence the 3 stars. Perhaps I just got a 'lemon' and others had better luck with the units they received! Luckily I didn't pay that much for it.

I bought this and have been using it for about 6-7 months. At first, it was awesome! Great speed, sturdy, easy to clean , and decent battery life. It made a fluffy froth and the one button control was easy to operate. Mine didn’t come with a stand, but the unit I was replacing had one and it was a similar design and a perfect fit. I was hoping that this would last a long time, but after this latest battery replacement, both my husband and I noticed that it took almost a full second for it to turn on and that the speed/intensity was not the same as it was when we first received it. I checked the batteries to make sure that wasn’t the issue and they were both fresh, unexpired, and had a full charge. It’s disappointing because it looks great on the counter and it used to work exceptionally well, but now I’m probably going to have to replace it for something that isn’t going to degrade after only a few months of use. For reference, we each only have a single cup of coffee at a time, and only 3-5 mornings a week. So, I don’t feel like it’s being overused or overworked. UPDATE: I reached out to customer support and they were able to help troubleshoot my issue. My frother now works as good as, if not better than, when I got it. They also told me to reach out if I ever have any issues in the future and they will offer a replacement unit. 5 stars for CS and product itself. Great value for the money, with an excellent warranty to back it up.

This product is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. I used it every day for about 6 months, well past being able to return it. Then one day I went to use it and it didn't work at all. I changed the batteries but it still didn't work. I called the company, the representative was friendly and after we tried a few more things he said he would send me a replacement. It is a small family owned business and I am already looking at some of thier other products because this one makes everything I use it for better.I highly recommend it, if you're on the fence, go for it you won't regret it.

I purchased this 3 years ago. It's still working. The only thing that I don't like, is that over time, batteries do what batteries do... they wear down. The power is much weaker. I still use it for frothing my lattes. I don't need a lot of power for that and it does a great job. But for my powdered drink mixes, it just didn't do the job well enough. For that, I purchased a USB rechargeable frother. So, bottom line is that this unit I bought over 3 years ago is doing a great job on my lattes, which is why I purchased it in the first place.
