Coring a pineapple is easy with this device. This one is heavier than the last one I bought and I think it was worth the extra money. The last one broke after about 3 uses. The handle is removable so you can remove and discard the core. You can feel the difference if you have ever used a pineapple corer. This one is heavier and although it requires a little more strength to use, it is worth it for fresh pineapple. It is dishwasher safe and has a lifetime warranty.

I picked this corer just based on three things: 1. I needed one. 2. It's inexpensive. 3. The video demonstration in the Amazon listing. Let me just say that it took me longer to take out of the package and pre-wash than it took me to core my first pineapple. The ease of operation and the sturdy design make this a tool that I'll use regularly if I need fresh pineapple for cocktails, cooking, or whatever. Highly recommend!

This is our second pineapple corer and so far the best we've gotten. The first was a different brand and was flimsy construction. It had broken after just a few months of use. After checking reviews we ordered this one and have been pleased. Right away you could tell it was made better. You don't even need to apply much pressure for it to cut. Works great everytime and easy to clean.

I bought two of these. One of them was very popular and had excellent ratings. Then I saw this one and decided to buy it too. So glad I did! The first choice that was more popular with excellent ratings was a flimsy and poorly made, aluminum when it said steel. This device is super heavy duty and made of steel. Very sharp so be careful not to cut yourself!
