I originally bought the black robe without a hood for myself and it is wonderful. However, I purchased the light gray with a hood for a family member expecting the material to be the same and while very soft, definitely it is not as plush as my original one. I noticed that right away, the material, while soft, was much much thinner than my original purchase. So not all styles are as thick and plush I guess. Still a nice robe but I prefer the full plushness over the thinner version.

Overall, it’s nice. Arms are a little short, and quality is good, but not super plus or thick, but the price matches. It is warm, though, so that is good.
