UPDATE: Zosi has been in touch and they are really nice. We have a defective HDMI port so they are sending a new DVR!!! Talk about great service!!!! Right now it will stay a 5 star. I’m giving it five stars right now, but we are now having issues with the system. I think we might have gotten a faulty system, but tech-support is working on it. This screen comes up pink and green when we turn on the TV to view the cameras. When we first started it up it was perfect absolutely perfect the cameras were beautiful crystal clear, needed just a little tweaking. But after a couple of days when we turn the TV on to view the cameras the picture is pink and green. Tech-support hopefully is on it and will let us know what’s wrong. Worked wonderfully for about two years now stuck on system initilalzation screen did firmware update no success my guess is it's a cooling issue and the board failed would be awesome if the replacement boards were readily available and I would fix it myself.

When our Box started to malfunction customer service got to it right away and ordered a replacement for us.the rep I spoke with was Aimee I believe. She was very helpful and got the problem addressed immediately

I had an issue where the monitor only showed multicolored lines no matter what I tried. Fannie was extremely thorough and helpful in fixing this issue. She helped me trouble shoot and when all that failed walked me through sending the bad DVR back and replacing it with a new one.

I have had this system installed now for about 6 months. The app is slow to the point of being useles (Imam in a 1gb network), and the app is generally unreliable. And read their privacy policy: they can use hidden transparent overlays and imbedded pixels to secretely send them info and to track your info, they can give your data to the Chinese government, and they can keep, and disclose, your footage. The camera sensors are awful. I mounted one near a floodlight (within 4 feet) and it stays in night mode unless I shine a flashlight into the sensor. Unless you shine a flashlight into the sensor every morning, you will stay in night mode. I switched out cameras at the location, and had this in 3 out of 8 cameras: same spot - different results.. I am using 4K monitors, yet picture quality seems more like a 2-3 mp. Not terrible, but not great either, and not to specs. Motion detection is poor. Large skips. Can record someone walking across a room 20’ away from the camera, and they will “jump” forward 10 feet. This happens A LOT, and obviously is unacceptable in a security camera. Do yourself a favor, before buying ANY Security camera, read the software reviews. ... show more
